In space, inside Vilgax's massive warship, an audition was taking place.
Three bounty hunters stood.
Lights fell on them.
"Begin the audition!"
A guy in purple battle armor (Sixsix) stepped forward first.
Clad in his signature battle armor, he began showcasing his capabilities.
He deployed guns from his shoulders and destroyed many drones. Arm-mounted blasters unfolded with precision, followed by a brief demonstration of his missile systems.
Every acrobatic movement was efficiently controlled—his armor clearly designed for speed, firepower, and versatility.
Next was a crab-like robotic alien (Kraab).
Unlike Sixsix's sleek design, Kraab's exosuit was bulky and imposing.
As he jumped from a high platform, the ground beneath him seemed to tremble slightly.
He demonstrated raw strength, crushing drones with ease using his hydraulic claws.
His armor emphasized brute force and durability, built for overwhelming opponents in close combat rather than finesse.
They destroyed every drone there was. Suddenly, the roof opened, and a big mechdroid landed on the ground with a thud in front of Sixsix and Kraab, lifting its arm, ready to fire a laser shot.
However, the third guy in black armor landed on his hoverboard and took the laser cannon shot head-on—it didn't even scratch his armor.
Jumping off his hoverboard, he threw a punch, destroying the mechdroid.
The hoverboard returned to him, folded itself, and landed in his hand.
"Impressive!"
A monitor appeared, and on the screen was Vilgax, still in his pod, healing from the explosion.
"You are all hired. Your objective is the Omnitrix. The one who succeeds collects the reward. Do not disappoint me," Vilgax said.
The scene shifted as they left the spaceship in their pods, heading toward Earth.

Somewhere in the desert, beside the Rustbucket,
Grandpa was creating a training ground for Ben and Gwen to train their powers.
"Alright, guys! It's ready. Remember, you are a team. You must rely on each other and have the confidence to leave your back to the other.
Now, while working on teamwork, focus on training your powers too. Ben will focus on the watch, and you, Gwen, will train how to control mana energy and make more uses of it. Imagination is very important—think about it, it can create wonders."
"Alright, Grandpa." x2 (Ben and Gwen)
Gwen took her position, creating a blue energy sphere in her hands, ready to attack.
Ben looked at the Omnitrix and selected Diamondhead.
The hologram showed up, and Ben pushed the dial down.
A green flash covered his body—
His skin quickly hardened and turned into crystal, spreading from his arms to the rest of his body.
Sharp crystal spikes formed on his shoulders and back, while his fingers turned into pointed crystal.
His body grew taller and sturdier.
Within seconds, the transformation was complete.
"Diamondhead."
"Now, begin."
Diamondhead turned his hands into crystal and fired rapid shard attacks precisely at the cans flying toward them.
The ones coming from behind were handled by Gwen, who quickly threw energy spheres and destroyed them.
Changing position, they swapped places. This time Gwen faced the front while Ben covered the other side.
They fired at the training dummies in the distance—
scarecrow-like figures with targets on their heads, hands, stomach, and legs—breaking them apart piece by piece.
Ben didn't notice an extremely fast big tire rolling toward him.
Just as it was about to hit—
Gwen created a large energy barrier in front of them.
"Thanks, Gwen."
They got back to training.
This time, a dummy hiding behind a drum suddenly stood up and fired five cans like bullets.
Gwen didn't see them—
But Ben did.
He quickly pressed his hands to the ground, creating a crystal shield behind Gwen,
blocking the incoming cans.
Then he fired shards at the dummy, hitting it precisely in the head and destroying it.
"Thanks," Gwen said.
At last, the final tire rolled in.
Ben fired shards while Gwen threw an energy sphere—
Both attacks hit at the same time, destroying it.
"Alright, that's enough. Brilliant job, Ben and Gwen," Max praised them.
Gwen sat down on the spot, wiping her sweat and taking deep breaths.
"Ha… ha… finally it's over…"
Ben wasn't that tired, but he also decided to take a break.
"Alright, you two did a fantastic job—especially the way you protected each other. You will definitely become great pl—" Max paused. "Ahem… sorry, you two will definitely become great fighting team someday."
"Now let's go "— saying that , they got on the rust bucket.
After going along the road for a while, it suddenly stopped.
"Uh oh… that does not sound good," Grandpa Max sighed.

"This is where the Omnitrix was last activated.
Kraab and Sixsix stood on the cliff, looking down at the training ground below.
Sixsix said something in an unknown language and flew away, activating his jet.
Kraab said.
"You can say that again. A rockpile like this is better off as space dust."
Tetrax stepped forward, about to pick up a shard of Diamondhead's crystal.
However, before he could, Sixsix grabbed it using a wire.
Tetrax quickly cut the wire and took it back.
Sixsix looked ready to attack, while Tetrax also prepared to draw his weapon.
Sixsix said something again.
Kraab chuckled, making fun of him.
"Get in my way again, and I'll teach you how to say dismantled," Tetrax warned.
Sixsix said something in response, then flew away.
Kraab sank into the sand.
Tetrax walked a short distance, then looked back—
He fired a shot, causing a large explosion that destroyed the entire area.
Then he flew away on his hoverboard.

On the other side—
Ben and Gwen were standing beside Max, who was checking the Rustbucket for the problem.
"Grandpa, you know I can just turn into Upgrade or Grey Matter and fix it… just leave it to me," Ben said confidently.
But Max refused.
"No, Ben. Save your energy—you never know when you might need to transform. Let me handle this."
He paused, then smiled slightly.
"And look! I found the problem—a shard of Diamondhead. It damaged the part and caused an oil leak."
"So it was my fault?" Ben asked, embarrassed.
"No. You were just training, it's not your fault. Anyway, it'll be fixed in no time. How about you and Gwen take a tour around the town first?"
"Well… alright, Grandpa."
Ben and Gwen walked into the town.
Everything looked barren.
Other than the buildings, there was no sign of anyone.
Gwen began showing her "prowess," reciting everything she had learned about the town like a computer.
They entered another building.
"Well, I forgot to claim my rewards after beating those slime aliens. Let's see which alien I unlock next!"
"Oh, alright! Let's do this!" Gwen said,
excited.
[Ding]
[New Mission – Save the Town People from the Aliens]
[About – These aliens are capturing the people of this town as food. When the time is right, they will leave in their spaceship. Destroy them before they escape and save the people. (✓)]
[Reward – New Alien Unlock, Random Enhancement to an alien (Claim Reward?)]
"Claim reward," Ben said.

[Congratulations! You have unlocked a new alien — Echo Echo]
"Echo Echo?" Ben raised an eyebrow.
Ben said, "Ciel, add the alien to the Omnitrix."
[Okay, Ben.]
The alien holograms appeared as a group again, this time with Echo Echo added at the end.
Ben scrolled through the aliens until he reached Echo Echo.
"Wow, this alien looks quite cute," Gwen said, looking at the small white alien with headphone-like ears.
Somewhere else—
When Ben added the Echo Echo alien, the signal was picked up by Sixsix, and he immediately flew toward it.
While Ben and Gwen were talking, a new mission appeared in his mind.
[Ding]
[New Mission – Beat the bounty hunters hired by Vilgax to steal the Omnitrix .]

[Reward – 3 New Alien Unlocks]
The moment he saw the mission, Ben searched for a suitable alien.
They must be nearby… otherwise, the mission wouldn't have been issued. Not everyone was as important as the Omnitrix to trigger a mission days in advance.
He selected Big Chill. The hologram appeared, and he tapped it.
A green flash covered him as he transformed.
"Big Chill…" he said in his cold, ghost-like voice.
"Ben?" Gwen asked, becoming alert after seeing her own mission.
She didn't know who Kraab, Sixsix, or Tetrax were—but they were bounty hunters. Or who was Vilgax who hired them ? Definitely not good people.
As for the thing called ' Omnitrix ' , the watch has to be that thing they want, afterall that's the only thing worthy of stealing from them otherwise she wasn't sure .
They must be here for the watch.
Suddenly, the whole building started shaking.
Cracks appeared in the ground beneath them.
Kraab emerged menacingly.
He opened his armor, revealing his face.
"What's wrong, crabby?" Big Chill asked.
"Hand over the Omnitrix, and I promise you won't suffer…" Kraab said, pointing his pincer at him.
"Much!"
"Sorry, crabby, but the watch and I are kind of attached, you see…" Big Chill said, spreading his hands as if he was really sorry.
"Well, it won't be like that for long," Kraab replied.
"Looks like you don't know who you're messing with…" Big Chill said in his ghost-like voice.
"I was just about to say the same…" Kraab said.
"Oh? Do you know this alien? You can see me now—you don't…"
Big Chill turned intangible.
Behind him, Gwen was already ready and attacked with full force toward the unprepared Kraab.
"Ah!" Kraab was blasted back.
