Dew slowly walked out of Cecil's room. He just cried in her arms and decided to walk out. At the end of the corridor he saw Jay.
"Hey." He stated as Jay turned to him. Dew stood beside him.
"I thought you'd ignore me and walk away."
"Why?"
"Because Rick is here."
"My life's complicated. No one can understand it." He responded and gave a light smile.
"Have you tried sharing it with anyone?"
"I tell you lots."
"But stop when Ricks name is in the picture." Jay sighed before responding.
"Are you ready for tomorrow?"
"Maybe. You changed the topic." Jay looked serious.
"Here have this." Dew stated as he removed a mobile from his phone. It was the latest model from the one he had three years ago.
"You remember?" Jay said happily.
"Yes. The gift you got after winning the band whatever's." Dew responded and smiled. Jays excited mood was back.
"I told them you'll be going to school tomorrow. And sent them pictures informing them you were at the beach with your dad."
"Edited?"
"Yeah. Ts perfect. Remember all you saw here isn't to be spoken of." He stated and begun walking down stairs beside where they were.
"Aren't you going to give me a hint?" Dew just walked away. Jay gave up.
"Hello" Tiw said as he placed a cup of cocoa beside him.
"Yes here to disturb?"
"No. We have a test today you ready?"
"Yeah." Jay responded. He knew Tiw's questions never end. In the past one month he'd been home lectured by some of the best plus his lecturers all because of the guy he liked now as obvious wasn't behind in class.
"Cheers!!!" A loud voice came from their table as they all commented on how much theyissed Jay.
"We added a new member." Shyl said happily as T stood. They all cheered at him then he looked forth. Dew was seated infront of the counter. T swallowed saliva hard and walked from them. He sat beside Dew smiling.
"Boss..."
"Now he finally remembered us." Rick stated as he handed Cecil a glass of wine. T looked. All of you are here?" He stated then raised his glass.
"Tee..." Dew blocked his mouth and pulled him back to the seat.
"He's already drunk." Winny stated smiling.
"He's always silent."
"He isn't drunk. He just happened to fall in love." Dew responded picking his glass. They all tasted it.
"Fuck you. You blew my cover."
"What?" Dew stated mocking him.
"So why are we here?" Cecil asked. She was like the mother of the crew. Her cuteness was only seen by Winny and maybe Dew.
"About the casino stuff." Rick stated as he sat just opposite Dew.
"Want me to bite?" Cecil asked. Winny turned to Jay who was fully focused on them.
"Rick just get up." Winny cut the fierce look off. He sat before Dew.
"Let's get this straight." Winny stated as she pulled out a laptop and handed it to Dew.
"Whose idea was it to discuss a mission in a bar?" Rick stated feeling confused.
"Let's head up." Dew stated as they walked to the Vip area. Jay wished to follow but dared not. Maybe it was for a meeting. He told himself.
The room had colourful lit lights. They sat round a table in accordance. T searched it up."The area is huge the five of us can't cover.
He stated showing them the area. Apparently it had four flours. This was the largest area they had ever managed.
"If we add seven people it will be okay." He added.
"You are insane T." Rick stated. He had already figured him out.
"What? It's a fact you never told us you are part of a boy club." T brought it up.
"My private life is mine. Not yours to explore."
"After you left us Rick you changed." Cecil stated.
"We formed this group for us. You know the reason. The circumstances. The wealth owner. You know it all but it's like you became someone else." T continued. It was all bottled in him now he let it out.
"This mission isn't urgent. Cecil let's go." Winny stated as she and her girl walked away. They found Jay at the door and pulled him heading home.
"If my love for you caused all these shit I'm sorry coz you moved on. We never moved on. We are waiting for you." Dew stated. He never thought of bringing the idea up but his team was breaking.
"We've been waiting for you to tell us you are back but you are with us when you please." T continued.
"What of Jay and Tiw?" Rick asked trying to corner them.
"Cecil and Winny know of them. You do to." T stated.
"We always wait for you at the same place." Dew stated as they walked out.
"Hey guys." Winny said in a tired tone.
"What?" T stated as he sat beside Dew.
"Have you done it with Tiw yet?"
"No bullshit." He responded pushing him.
"Just spill it." Cecil stated already invested.
"I wish it was the five of us as before." Winny stated.
"Stop ruining the mood. I'm sure our plan will work." Cecil responded as she kissed her cheek.
"Ooh love birds." T stated.
"So tell us."
"And Dew will say of him and Jay?"
"Deal." Dew stated. Jay told on how the rejection and friend zone appeared as they tried to approach each other. Once done he turned to Dew.
"Which part specifically."
"When you left in the middle of a lesson to see him what did you talk about?"
"He wanted to know about us so I agreed to soil but he spoke of Rick some seconds after I wanted to tell him the tale."
"And you asked him to ask me." Winny stated as Dew sighed.
"At least T has a future look at mine. Stuck in the same circle."
"Why don't you open up to Jay? He seems to like you."
"I'm afraid. Maybe." He responded then silence dawned.
"Still not over Rick?" Cecil asked.
"I don't know. It's so confusing that..." He sighed unable to complete his statement.
"T hug him" Cecil stated as she hugged Winny. T hugged him for the first time. Dews body was solid. He wore oversized clothes hence no one ever noticed.
"Jay won't manage." T joked as they laughed. Dew let him go as he tried to hit him swiftly.
"Fuck you asshole." Dews sorrows were gone.
"Hey"Jay stated as the others tuned in.
"Why are we seven? Where is Rick?"
"Trying to figure out where he belongs." Jay responded.
"What do you mean?" Shyl asked.
"I said nothing."
"Ooh you did. Are you home? Your environment seems..."
"Different?" First completed it for his boy.
"Yeah. I'm in a room. Pa is not home so I stay at my aunt's place."
"You have an aunt?"
"We are not here to discuss such." Tiw tried to clear it up for him.
