Dew stood there taking in the cold breeze trying to relieve stress. Since three days ago he hadn't seen Rick then he heard footsteps.
"I thought you'd never return." He stated and turned only to meet Jay.
"Hi." Jay stated and stood beside him.
"Hi " Dew responded as he looked back at the scene.
"You thought I was Rick."
"Yeah. He is the only one I allow up here. He set these weapons himself." Dew stated.
"So I should leave?"
"No, you can stay." Dew stated as he headed to the seat. Jay followed.
"He is at the bar. If you want you can go."
"No. I was just worried. Can we not talk about him?" Dew asked yet again.
"Why are you trying to hide from it?"
"I'm not hiding. It's too complicated."
"Then let me help uncomplicate it." Jay responded. Maybe the little beer he took have him courage.
"You can't."
"But my heart can." This response reached his heart. It stopped beating for a while before an abnormally fast speed.
"I don't want to hurt your heart." Dew responded after a while.
"Who said you are hurting it?" Jay asked as he held Dews hand. He never felt so warm just at once even with Rick. It was as if Jays hands worked the magic.
"You helped me so this is the little I can do for you." He stated. Dew looked into his eyes for the first time. The black shiny pupil covered with blue sparkled amidst the mild darkness of the region. His heart pulpitated. Just his touch made his world crumble.
"You look pretty." Dew stated then was silent. He let go and turned his eyes embarrassed.
Jay smiled. He was glad. He took several deep breaths to regulate his heart beat.
"It's okay. Look at me." Jay stated barely bidding his smile. They both had been watching each other for too long and the feelings within had gradually developed.
Dew turned. Tears in his eyes. Jay wiped them as they came.
"I'm sorry." Dew stated. Jay hugged him slightly letting Dews head lay on his shoulder. He rubbed his back slowly.
"Good boy. It will be okay." Jay stated. Dew felt his body. Smooth. No tough earned muscles as his. His scent was nice. He'd never even dreamt of being close to him as such. He tried not to lead his mind astray. Then he felt a force pull them apart. It was Rick.
"Is this what you do when I'm not around?" Rick asked. He was drunk.
"Aren't you tired of destroying my life?" Dew asked. His tears were already dried by Jays shirt.
"I never destroyed it."
"You left me when I needed you most. When my mom left. When I was too vulnerable to hold on. Do you think it's easy?" Dew stated now courageous. Jays touch this something to him.
"But you love me right?" Rick asked as he turned to Jay.
"I trusted you bastard!" He shouted. Winny approached and shot him. Seconds later he dropped.
"We heard the noise."
"Take him to sleep."
"In your room?"
"No. In his room." Dew stated. It was the first time he declined on Ricks presence in his room. Jay was still there. Silent. Winny pulled him out.
"Why is there no blood?"he stated confused.
"That is an alpha gun. It contains absorbable bullets like pills but can penetrate the skin. It causes sleep for specified time. You actually were shot several of these that's why you slept for a week."
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah. He comes as that alot since I came back."
"Will you be leaving again soon?"
"I don't know. Once my mission here is done I might go to my mom."
"She isn't dead?"
"No. Only Rick knows the real tale."
"Where is she?"
"Home. Three years ago when you made me smile it was after very many sad days. Rick vanished and mummy found out dad cheated on her so she took my dad's mistress and they got married. Funny right?"
"Stayed with her for long?"
"No. Several years before mum was busy exploring the world. Pa was busy with his stuff. I am generally an orphan with parents."
"Must have been tough." Jay stated recaling his own case.
"Yeah. Rick left so everything was worse."
"You really loved him?"
"No. I used to think so too." He responded as Jay came up close and hugged him.
"That is enough for today. You can tell me the rest later."
"Thanks. Can I sleep in your room tonight?"
"Yes but it's small."
"I know." Dew finally smiled as they walked from the location.
"Lover boy is all smiles." Tiw stated as he sat beside Jay.
"Blah blah blah." Jay responded as he placed his art stuff on the desk.
"So how is it staying with your crush?"
"How do to you know?"
"T. He's quite unnecessary when it comes to secrets."
"It's okay. We're about closer."
"You know what made me know I really loved T was that I kissed him."
"A kiss made a wolf keep calm."
"He wanted to give himself to me but I declined."
"Free offer." Jay responded.
"Maybe." Tiw stated smiling.
"So how was the feeling?"
"Different..."
"Hey." A voice came. He looked up. It was that third year student.
"Nick!" Timon stated trying to make me keep calm.
"Yes." Dew responded.
"Can I talk to you for a while?" He stated and turned to T.
"Privately."
"Okay." I responded and walked out after him.
"So are you really Dirawin?" He asked directly. This was confusing. If he knew why ask.
"Why are you asking if you already know?"
"I need your help. I know I can't manage the whole family view of stuff to be like you but I need your help.
"Your statement is a bit confusing."
"When dad gives me the business I want you to help me take care of it."
"Find another mode of approach." A voice came. We both turned. It was Rick. He showed me his phone on how he was trying to approach me.
"No it's not as such." He stated keenly. Jay had just walked to them and hide behind a pillar. Rick placed his hand across Dews shoulder. He didn't decline or shrug off.
"He is mine. Go find a different hubby or wife." He stated. Nick walked away annoyed.
"Am I yours?" Dew asked as he turned to him.
"I'm sorry about yesterday."
"Ooh now you know."
"Maybe. How's that boy, your friend."
"He's okay." Dew responded. Rick held his hand as they walked away.
