Day 10 – "Preparation sirf padhai nahi hoti… mindset bhi hota hai"
Subah ke 6:10 baj rahe the.
Aaj Sakshi alarm ke pehle hi uth gayi. Yeh ab ek pattern ban raha tha—par is baar wo khud ko force nahi kar rahi thi. Uska body aur mind slowly adjust ho raha tha.
Wo bed se uthi, window ke paas gayi, aur thodi fresh hawa li.
"Exams aa rahe hain…" usne dheere se socha.
Pehle yeh thought panic create karta tha.
Aaj bas ek reminder tha.
Morning Study – Clear Focus
Aaj Sakshi ne decide kiya ki wo sirf ek subject pe focus karegi—Maths.
"Zyada karne ki zarurat nahi… jo karun, achhe se karun," usne plan kiya.
Usne ek tough chapter uthaya jisse wo usually avoid karti thi.
Pehle 10 minutes struggle hua.
"Yeh nahi hoga…" wala thought aaya.
Par is baar usne turant us thought ko rok diya.
"Try toh kar."
Step by step, usne question solve kiya.
Galti hui… erase ki… dobara kiya…
Aur finally answer aaya.
Us moment pe uske face pe ek real smile thi.
"Mujhse ho raha hai."
School – Productive Energy
Aaj school mein uska energy level alag tha.
Riya ne dekhte hi bola,
"Aaj toh tu full serious lag rahi hai 😄"
"Bas thoda focus aa raha hai," Sakshi ne smile ke saath kaha.
Group Study Plan
Lunch break mein teeno—Sakshi, Riya, aur Aman—ek saath baithe.
"Kal se library mein padhte hain after school?" Aman ne suggest kiya.
"Good idea," Sakshi ne turant agree kiya.
Riya ne bola,
"Par ek rule—phone side mein."
"Deal," Sakshi ne haath aage badhaya.
Aman ne bhi haath milaya.
Chhoti si team ban gayi.
Class – Self-Check Moment
English class mein teacher ne ek writing task diya.
"Topic: 'Handling Pressure'"
Sakshi thodi ruk gayi.
"Yeh toh meri life ka topic hai…" usne socha.
Usne likhna start kiya.
Har line personal feel ho rahi thi—

Par end mein usne likha—
"Pressure se bhaagna solution nahi… usse samajhna solution hai."
Teacher ne baad mein uski copy dekhi aur bola,
"Very honest writing."
Yeh compliment alag feel hua.
Marks se zyada meaningful.
Aman Moment – Growth Notice
Class ke baad Aman uske paas aaya.
"Tumhari writing achhi thi."
"Thanks," Sakshi ne simple smile di.
"Tum pehle itna open nahi lagti thi…"
Sakshi thodi sochi.
"Shayad main khud se bhi open nahi thi pehle."
Aman ne sir hilaya,
"Ab ho."
Yeh simple line… par deep thi.
Ghar – Real Discipline Test
Aaj ghar aake Sakshi thodi tired feel kar rahi thi.
"Skip kar doon aaj…?"
Thought aaya.
Par usne turant apne aap ko bola—
"Thoda kar leti hoon. Full nahi, bas thoda."
Usne 1 hour padhai ki.
Perfect nahi… par consistent.
Evening – Family Angle
Shaam ko papa ne poocha,
"Preparation kaisi chal rahi hai?"
Pehle Sakshi ko yeh question stress deta tha.
Aaj usne calmly jawab diya—
"Theek chal rahi hai. Plan bana liya hai."
Papa ne sir hilaya,
"Good. Bas focus rakho."
Yeh conversation simple thi… par is baar usme fear nahi tha.
Night – Self Reflection
Aaj Sakshi terrace pe thodi der ke liye baithi.
Sky dark tha… thodi hawa chal rahi thi.
Usne socha—
"10 din pehle main itni lost thi…"
"Ab bhi sab perfect nahi hai… par main lost nahi hoon."
Yeh difference bada tha.
Diary Entry – Stronger Mindset
Aaj diary entry confident thi.
> "Day 10:
Aaj maine realise kiya ki preparation sirf padhai nahi hoti… mindset bhi hota hai."
Phir usne likha:
> "Main slowly apna mindset change kar rahi hoon.
Aur shayad wahi sabse important hai."
Last line—
