Day 14 – "Jab feelings aur focus takraate hain"
Subah ke 6:15 baj rahe the.
Sakshi ki aankh khuli… par aaj uska pehla thought Maths ya exams nahi tha.
"Kal Aman ne kya bola tha…"
Wo ek second ke liye blank ho gayi… phir khud hi halka sa hansi.
"Yeh main kya kar rahi hoon…"
Usne face wash kiya, mirror ke saamne khadi hui… aur khud ko dekha.
"Focus yaad hai na?" usne khud se poocha.
Phir sir hilaya.
"Feelings baad mein… exams pehle."
Morning – Distraction Control
Aaj Sakshi ne consciously decide kiya ki wo padhai pe full focus karegi.
Usne book kholi… aur timer lagaya – 30 minutes.
Pehle 10 minutes smooth gaye.
Phir ek thought aaya—
"Kal library mein…"
"STOP."
Usne pen table pe tap kiya.
"Baad mein sochna."
Yeh pehli baar tha jab wo apne thoughts ko actively control kar rahi thi.
Aur dheere dheere… focus wapas aa gaya.
School – Dual Mind
Aaj school mein Sakshi ka mind do parts mein divide tha—
Ek jo padhai pe focus karna chahta tha
Ek jo unnecessary thoughts mein drift kar raha tha
Riya ne notice kiya.
"Tu aaj thodi lost lag rahi hai."
"Thodi…" Sakshi ne admit kiya.
"Overthinking?" Riya ne poocha.
"Control kar rahi hoon," Sakshi ne smile ke saath bola.
Class – Reality Check
Physics class mein teacher ne ek tough concept explain kiya.
Aaj Sakshi ka focus break hua… aur wo ek important part miss kar gayi.
"Yeh samajh nahi aaya…"
Usne realise kiya—
"Distraction ka cost hota hai."
Pehle yeh sirf marks ka issue lagta tha… aaj clarity ka.
Library – Slight Awkwardness
Aaj library mein teeno usual jagah pe baithe.
Par aaj thoda awkward silence tha.
Sakshi consciously avoid kar rahi thi zyada baat karna… focus ke liye.
Aman ne ek do baar kuch poocha… Sakshi ne short answers diye.
Riya ne situation feel kar li.
"Main water lene ja rahi hoon," bolke wo uth gayi (obviously excuse 😏).
Ab Sakshi aur Aman akele the.
Honest Moment
2–3 minute silence raha.
Phir Aman ne dheere se bola—
"Sab theek hai?"
Sakshi thodi confuse hui,
"Haan… kyun?"
"Bas… aaj tum thodi distant lag rahi ho."
Sakshi ne deep breath li.
Sach bolna easy nahi tha… par usne try kiya—
"Main thoda focus karne ki koshish kar rahi hoon… distractions kam karne ke liye."
Aman ne sir hilaya,
"Good hai."
Phir ek second rukke bola—
"Par agar main distraction hoon toh… bata dena."
Yeh line sunkar Sakshi thodi shock hui.
"NO… aisa kuch nahi hai," usne turant bola.
Phir thoda slow ho kar—
"Bas… main khud ko balance karne ki koshish kar rahi hoon."
Aman ne halka sa smile kiya,
"Fair enough."
Riya Returns – Situation Light
Riya wapas aayi aur situation normal ho gayi.
"Tum dono itne serious kyun ho?" usne tease kiya.
"Padh rahe hain…" Sakshi ne normal tone mein bola.
"Wow… growth 😂" Riya hansi.
Tension halka ho gaya.
Ghar – Thought Storm
Ghar aake Sakshi ka mind phir active ho gaya.
"Main overreact kar rahi hoon kya?"
"Ya main sahi kar rahi hoon?"
"Balance ka matlab kya hai actually…?"
Aaj thoughts thode heavy ho rahe the.
Par is baar wo panic nahi hui.
Wo bed pe baithi… aur bas 5 minutes ke liye kuch nahi kiya.
Self-Clarity Moment
Phir usne khud se clearly bola—
"Main kisi cheez se bhaag nahi rahi… main bas priority set kar rahi hoon."
Yeh line usse stable feel karwa gayi.
Evening Study – Strong Comeback
Aaj usne distraction ke baad bhi strong study session kiya.
Pehle 20 minutes tough lage…
Phir flow aa gaya.
"Main control mein hoon…" usne feel kiya.
Diary Entry – Balance Seekhna
Aaj diary entry thodi mature thi.
> "Day 14:
Aaj mujhe realise hua ki life mein sirf ek cheez pe focus nahi hota.
Kabhi kabhi multiple cheezein handle karni padti hain."
Phir usne likha:
> "Feelings galat nahi hoti…
par unhe control karna zaroori hota hai."
Aur last line—
> "Main seekh rahi hoon balance… aur shayad wahi sabse difficult cheez hai."
Last Thought
Light off karte waqt Sakshi ne aankhein band ki.
Aaj ka din confusing tha…
Par ek cheez clear thi—
"Wo bhaag nahi rahi thi… wo handle kar rahi thi."
