(Christabelle Andrew's POV)
'Ring, ring…' my alarm started blaring.
"Ugh," I groaned, turning over and stuffing my pillow over my ears, slowly drifting back to sleep as the sound faded.
'RING, RING!'
My eyes snapped open as the alarm blasted even louder.
"Fuck you—what the hell!" I snapped, grabbing the clock and flinging it straight at the wall.
Crash.
"Ugh… finally, some peace and quiet," I muttered, sitting up and running a hand through my messy hair. "What's even the ti—"
I paused, staring at my now-empty desk.
"Oh… right. I just threw it across the room." I let out a small scoff. "Whatever."
I dragged myself out of bed and headed to the bathroom.
(After 1 hour)
I stepped out of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around my body, and stopped in front of the mirror.
"Damn… I'm so fucking gorgeous," I said, twirling a strand of my milky-white, waist-length hair around my finger with a small smirk.
Turning to my wardrobe, I pulled out a white off-shoulder crop top, blue jeans, and white sneakers. After getting dressed, I packed my hair into a messy bun, leaving a few loose strands framing my face.
I gave myself one last look.
"Perfect. Time to go."
Grabbing my luggage, I headed downstairs.
(Downstairs)
"Hey, Mom," I called out, dropping my luggage by the stairs before walking into the dining room.
Mom turned, surprise flashing across her face. "Wow… looks like someone woke up early today."
I paused mid-step and raised a brow. "Really? What time is it?"
"It's 7:30 a.m., darling. How come you don't know? Don't you have an alarm clock?" she asked, setting a plate of pancakes on the table.
"I honestly thought I'd have to come wake you up. You're usually still asleep by now," she added.
"Well, that won't be necessary," I said, sliding into a chair. "Someone decided to rig my alarm to maximum volume."
"Oh yeah… that was Dylan's new prank," Diana said casually as she served herself pancakes.
I slowly turned my head toward Dylan, fixing him with an annoyed stare.
"The hell?"
Dylan froze under my gaze.
"Oops… I don't think I was supposed to say that," Diana added, glancing between us.
