Wesker precisely leveraged this point to threaten Barry with his family. Only by guiding the S.T.A.R.S. members to the underground laboratory could he feign death using the T-Virus created by William, and then resurrect with superhuman strength, all witnessed by everyone.
After his resurrection, he planned to steal Umbrella's bio-weapon combat experiment data and defect to another company. This way, he could use his feigned death to evade Umbrella's pursuit and also receive a good evaluation and position at the new company.
As a penniless Wesker, if he wanted to investigate Spencer's plan, he would need money, and he was very poor. In terms of cunning, he was not even close to his so-called sister, Alex Wesker!

Meanwhile, Wesker was displeased. After spending a lot of effort clearing out the monsters in the surveillance room, he found that all the equipment there was damaged, meaning he couldn't monitor the situation in various areas.
Eddie led the two women to the area between the Mansion courtyard and the dormitory. As soon as they arrived, they saw a figure being thrown, seemingly covered in blood and showing signs of bites.
In the courtyard Kenneth had already fallen, severely wounded, and appeared lifeless.
Only Edward was still frantically attacking a lizard-like monster with a submachine gun—it was the most mature weapon, an Alpha-type Hunter! Next to it, a python, previously attacked with acid rounds, was preparing to bite Edward!
Eddie and Rebecca immediately raised their guns and attacked, driving back the giant python.
Svetlana, however, was very experienced, directly shooting out one of the python's eyes with two shots, destroying its vision.
"Edward, hurry over!" Eddie said, then without further ado, he switched to the rocket launcher on his back. With three rockets left, he landed a direct hit, blowing the large python into chunks of flesh!
"Thanks!" Edward was still panting heavily, seemingly suffering from severe bite wounds.
Rebecca began to give Edward emergency bandaging and treatment, while Eddie also provided simple treatment to the thrown Richard.
He then went to check on Kenneth. Kenneth seemed to have had a part of him bitten off by some monster. He didn't appear to be dead yet, still showing a faint breath. Even if he survived, it might cause marital discord.
Eddie thought about it and decided to save Kenneth anyway. Even if he became a eunuch, he could still be useful in the future.
At this moment, Rebecca exclaimed, "Eddie, Richard and Edward have been poisoned by the python's venom and need T-Virus for treatment. Otherwise, they will die from the poison!"
"Alright, Svetlana and you, Rebecca, watch over the three of them. We'll move them to a safe place first. Those dormitories should have a room where we can hide. I'll go look for T-Virus; I know there's a laboratory." Eddie nodded, then directly picked up the team members, each weighing over a hundred, nearly two hundred pounds, one in each hand.

Rebecca picked up a shotgun and said, "I can do it, trust me, Eddie. You two hurry and find the T-Virus. With this gun, no one can get in at close range."
"Alright, be careful yourself. Don't get blown away by the recoil." Eddie nodded and didn't refuse.
So Eddie and Svetlana returned to the laboratory next to the dormitory. "Why are you suddenly worried about me?"
"Hmph! I'm your bodyguard, not your little girlfriend's bodyguard!" Svetlana snorted, seemingly a little jealous.
"Hey! Don't talk nonsense. Rebecca isn't my girlfriend. Of course, she can have a crush, and I wouldn't stop her; in fact, I'd encourage it. But a beautiful, mature woman like you, would you also fall in love with me?" Eddie teased.
"Go to hell! Are you looking for a beating?!" Svetlana snorted. Her fierce look still had some destructive power, yet it made her look even more beautiful and attractive.
With Svetlana there, the instructor's keen detection ability allowed her to spot bio-monsters from afar, and she would blast their heads off with a single shot from a distance.

The two walked and chatted, though it was mostly Svetlana talking. The instructor seemed to be imparting her experience to Eddie, knowledge that couldn't be learned in the military, her personal insights.
All of it was knowledge that could greatly benefit Eddie: how simple herbs could relieve pain and detoxify, how to punch to exert maximum power, and so on.
This was also why Eddie could defeat Lisa with skill. Without Svetlana's guidance, even with his strength, Eddie would only be chased and pummeled by Lisa, to the point where his toenails would be smashed!
In terms of strength, Lisa, fused with multiple T-Virus viruses, could outmatch Eddie by a mile. Even if Eddie was a man, he couldn't compare!
Chapter 105: Svetlana's Reminder
The two arrived at the laboratory, and Eddie began to formulate the T-Virus based on the python's venom. Fortunately, Marcus had only attacked the Mansion and spread the T-Virus, causing the biohazard incident. The released monsters hadn't destroyed the equipment, which could largely continue to operate for some time.
Svetlana stood guard. "Your experimental technique is very skilled. Have you practiced often?"

Just as they were about to leave, the laboratory door opened, and Barry walked in, holding his Magnum.

"You've been missing for over twenty-four hours. Are you alright?" Barry frowned, unsure whether to lead Eddie and the others to the location Wesker specified, but the instructor Svetlana next to him was not easy to fool.
"Has it been twenty-four hours? Perhaps. Rebecca, Svetlana, and I were together. Just now, Kenneth and Edward were attacked by monsters and also poisoned by snake venom. I need to take the antidote back to them. Barry, what's wrong? Is something the matter?" Eddie seemed to realize something. At this time, Barry should have been threatened by Wesker.
"Nothing. In that case, hurry and save them." Barry thought for a moment and then left.

Eddie knew the plot. At this time, Barry should have been threatened by Wesker. It was clear he was conflicted.
"No one knows what you're thinking. You handle it yourself." Svetlana snorted. She clearly had no interest in scheming against others.
Returning to the Mansion dormitory area, Eddie knocked on the door. "Rebecca, it's me. You can open the door now."
The sound of the iron frame being moved came from inside, and soon Rebecca opened the door. "Eddie, you're finally back! They're barely holding on!"
"Don't worry, with me here, no one will die!" Eddie took out the T-Virus and injected it into them, and also gave them the T-Vaccine.
Less than five minutes later, the three slowly regained consciousness. Kenneth's injuries were more severe, and he still seemed somewhat weak. Edward and Richard, being younger, quickly recovered their combat effectiveness.
"Eddie, Rebecca, and Instructor, thank you for saving us." Richard smiled.
"Thank you all very much. It's truly good that you're alright." Kenneth said weakly.
