The next morning the three began training with kenji, while training Akari felt her hand heat up and a flame began to flicker in her palm
"What the" akari gasp as the flames suddenly disappeared "whats wrong Akari?" Kaito asked as he came up to check on her "oh im fine, i just need to get some air" akari replied before rushing off
"I think I'll go follow her" kaito said as he followed Akari "be careful" Kenji replied while staring at them
Soon kaito spotted Akari at the river, looking at her hand "what happened back there?" Kaito asked sitting down beside her
"I don't know" akari replied still looking at her hand "for a second, i thought i saw flames flicker in my palm"
"Could it be?" Kaito mumbled to himself while staring at the river "could it be what?" Akari asked turning to look at him
"Have you heard of the legend of the hybrid?" Kaito asked looking at her "no, why" akari replied
"Well legend says that there was once a child born with lunar manipulation (water and air) and solar manipulation (fire and earth) that will one day bring peace to the two nations" kaito said
"Well what does that have to do with me?" Akari asked staring at the water "it means that you might be the hybrid" kaito replied "me? Thats impossible" akari said throwing rocks at the river
"The legend says otherwise" kaito replied "keep dreaming" akari said as she got up and left, leaving kaito sitting at the river alone
"Akari i wish you could recognize me" kaito mumbled softly taking a purple bracelet that was similar to Akari's out of his pocket
"I'll never let you go again" kaito said as he returned the bracelet in his pocket and went back
After a while of walking kaito finally arrived at the hut where everyone was waiting for him "hey there Kaito" amaya said cheerfully handing him a bowl of mashed potatoes
"Thank you" kaito replied as he took the bowl and began eating"anyways tomorrow we will be traveling to a village in Solana" kenji said as he finished eating
"yes master" everyone replied as they began cleaning and packing before finally going to sleep
While akari lay awake thinking and replaying kaito's words in her head "is everything that kaito said true? Am i really the hybrid?" Akari thought to herself before drifting off to sleep
Early the next morning the three got up and began preparing for their long journey "everything ready?" Kenji asked as he got his bag "Yup all set" the three replied as all pf them started walking
Meanwhile back at the base of solana, the generals and guards began discussing a way to capture the spies
"First we should capture the girl with the mismatched eye" one of the guards said while the others agreed
"Do you mind if i join you in your hunt?" A voice echoed through the halls of the base "of course not prince ren" the chief said as all of them bowed down to a white haired boy.
Meanwhile the three and kenji arrived at a forest "looks like we should camp here for the night" kenji said as they began to set up camp
While setting up camp akari began feeling that something bad was gonna happen "hey akari can you get some wood please" Amaya asked "oh ok" akari replied as she left to get wood
As she was getting wood akari heard bushes rustling behind her. She quickly turned around only to see a guard from solana in front of her
"Your coming with us" the guard said as he got a rope to tie her but before he got the chance to do so, akari launched an attack and run back to camp
"Everyone there's guards here to capture us" akari screamed as she finally got back "gear up everyone" kenji said as guards began appearing around them
"Kaito take akari away now!" Kenji commanded as he and amaya began attacking the guards buying time for akari and kaito to escape
After running for a while the two encounter a guard and a boy "my my didn't know the spy was this beautiful" the boy said as the guard began attacking kaito
"Run akari" kaito shouted as he was able to overpower the guard when another arrived "are you gonna be okay?" Akari asked as she began running
"Yeah don't worry about me" kaito replied as he kept fighting while akari run away only to be followed by the boy
Soon she was cornered "well there beautiful lady my names ren" the boy said offering his hand to her "leave me alone" akari said as she began attacking him
The two then started fighting, akari launching water attacks at him while ren countered it with fire attacks
"Why don't you just come with us" ren asked as he blocked one of Akari's attacks "no way" akari replied launching another attack
Meanwhile back at kenji and amaya who were still fighting the guards "water dragon of the seven seas" kenji shouted as 7 dragons came and attacked the guards
"Air tornado" amaya yelled as a huge tornado spawned in the middle of the battery and sent all the guards flying
"Quick lets got to kaito and akari" kenji said as the two of them began looking for kaito and akari
"Dragon breath" kaito shouted as he blowed a huge fire that quickly burned the two guards when amaya and kenji arrived
"Kaito are you okay?" Amaya asked as she rushed over to kaito "don't worry im fine" kaito replied "where's Akari" kenji asked as his eyes scanned the battlefield
"I told her to run away while i was fighting these guards" kaito replied pointing at the guards who were lying at the ground
"We better find her quick before more guards arrive here" kenji said as the three of them began searching for Akari
Suddenly kaito got a bad feeling as he remembered that ren, the prince of solana chased after akari
"We gotta hurry i saw one of them chase Akari while i was busy fighting the guards" kaito said as they all ran quickly
