"Did she just....?" Luka couldn't believe his eyes. He simply blinked at the scene as Azure completed the statement.
"She ate it," Azure noted. "She ate up the whole thing."
Karl's eyes went white with fury, he had his fists clenched as he slowly walked up to Sunnie. Sunnie stepped backwards.
"You wanted it so badly.. now it's gone.. what now?" Sunnie demanded firmly, glaring at the eagle who was coming her way.
"How dare you....?" Karl demanded. "How dare you take that?"
Sunnie smirked. "If you can have it, why can't I...?"
Before she could finish her sentence, Sunnie suddenly felt strange inside. She felt her stomach turning and soon a quick rush through her veins.
Her body tickled at the feeling of immense energy running through her veins which soon circled through her stomach.
What the fuck is wrong with me?! She couldn't help but question. She had eaten a rare meat, so she guessed it was taking some sort of effect.
"I'm going to kill you....!" Karl stretched out his hands at her to grab her by the neck.
But Zayn immediately snapped from behind. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" He questioned. "You're not planning on killing her, are you?"
"It's none of your business," Karl insisted.
Sunnie knew she couldn't show fear now. That would make her seem like an easy target.
So immediately, she walked up to Karl too, confidently raising her chin as she glared straight into his eyes.
"...." Karl was speechless at the bold gesture.
"What do you think..."
"Kill me," Sunnie said. "Try and kill me. I have your precious meat inside of me. And if you kill me, I suppose it'll just go to waste."
Zayn was quiet as he stared at Sunnie. He couldn't believe how bold this girl had suddenly grown! Even Karl was simply startled.
The girl who never dared to stare them right into the eyes while speaking and always fell down in tears whenever Karl raised his voice, was suddenly threatening Karl?!
Karl was quiet as he stared back at Sunnie.
Sunnie smiled. "I haven't consumed it fully so we could make a fair deal. Follow me back and leave this land. Don't bring ruin to it anymore and I will consider reproducing the meat for you. What do you say?!"
She was even bold enough to make deals with Karl! Luka was speechless.
Sunnie had learnt that some animals, like the goat, didn't fully digest their meals and could bring it out again. She didn't know shit about how that worked or which animal else did it, but she used that anyway.
From the memories of the past host, Karl wasn't smart enough to tell how possible this was. He was just always angry. So she guessed she could get it.
Azure sighed. "Well, she's a rabbit tho..." He muttered.
Karl hesitated as he slowly leaned closer, bringing his head down to meet Sunnie's face. His eyes were white and cold. "A mere rabbit female like you dares to strike a deal with me? Aren't you scared of what I'll do to you?"
Sunnie smiled. "I got married to you. What else could I possibly be afraid of?"
"..."
Zayn couldn't help but let out a soft intrigued grin. He was simply curious about Sunnie the more.
Karl stepped backwards as he said, "If you can't produce it back anytime soon, I'll take it myself," he insisted.
Sunnie sighed, relieved. She guessed she had managed to fool him with that! Now she had to think of something else in the future for a cover-up!
And now she had to also find a way to fool Zayn.
But before she could speak up, Zayn suddenly walked up to them.
He had his chin up, dominating as he stared at Sunnie. "The female seemed to have had enough drinks to take. I'd like to see how long the alcohol stays before it wears off," he said as he walked off, going to where Azure and Luka were standing.
"....." Sunnie blinked. Was it that easy or was Zayn being mysterious?! She decided on the latter explanation anyway.
"You...." Karl glared at Zayn as he passed.
But Zayn instantly said, "The meat is with the female. So there's no reason to fight. I'm already tired, so let's get going," He explained.
Karl's eyes had gone back to normal. Deep black pupils and a thin straight jawline. He was super taller than Sunnie and he had to stare down as though he was talking to an object.
Karl didn't bother speaking to her anymore; he instantly walked past her and made his way to where the rest were.
And just then, Sunnie sighed. "Gosh, I didn't know I would be able to convince these two..." She muttered, relieved.
Immediately, her stomach grumbled again as she felt immense energy run through her veins and down her stomach.
She stiffened, feeling a chill as she wondered what the hell was going on.

Sunnie blinked at the system. She was scared that this system would declare her having diarrhea or something that would warrant her having endless poops from stomach upset!

Sunnie's jaws almost dropped as she stared at the system. Womb? Nourishing? She didn't understand why the hell she needed that now! And why was the system congratulating her on that?!
She had just taken a simple meat that was claimed to give strength, and now her stomach was fully prepared for pregnancy?!
