Then he began wracking his brain in earnest, turning over every angle — how, exactly, was he going to get his hands on those 2,000 Points?

So he scanned the mission requirements again, stroked his chin.
All he needed to do was free Jonathan's soul?
At present, Jonathan's soul was anchored to his own body — but DIO was squatting inside that body like he owned the place, which was what had created this bizarre entanglement in the first place.
So — did that mean, if he could wrest Jonathan's body back from DIO, the mission would be completed in full?
It sounded a little tall on the difficulty side. But after thinking it through, Anthony felt like there might actually be a way.

Anthony gave the clean, decisive reply, then closed the group chat interface and glanced at his remaining lifespan.
After half a day of solid fishing, he had around 190 hours left — roughly eight days.
If he donated a week's worth of lifespan to Jonathan, then using David's revival as a conversion baseline… that would probably buy Jonathan around three and a half minutes of mobility. Maybe less.
But Anthony had already thought of something to address that.
The reason the conversion rate was so brutal came down to two things: his own soul quality was still poor, and the energy was being eaten alive by the Primordial River at every step of the transfer. The losses were catastrophic.
