whenever people had conversations in their own space, all their disguise drops and they're seen as their normal self which was the reason why she saw him as an elderly person instead of an 18 year old. in the order of the elders of the DEE clan, he was the third elder.
there were a total of twelve elders having and specializing in different abilities and he was one of the strongest , he was the third having the speciality of puppet master.
when the DEE clan still existed , they had different ranks and the elders were the one who thought all basic abilities to the young ones .
when the young ones learned all abilities of the different elders , they'd become grounded and choose their speciality or merge multiple abilities to form their own unique ability just like Lilly whose ability was demonic manipulation it was a combination of the puppet master ability and the soul absorbtion ability
" more like I found you little one , you seem to have become quite conversant with your abilities tho that's not how good you were years ago ..... how time flies " he chuckled and walked more closely towards her before resuming his speech
" I know you have a lot of questions to ask but we don't have that time so I'll make it easier for you " he walked even closer and touched her forehead
memories began to flood into her head, she could also see how he escaped as well as what really transpired before the extermination f the DEE clan and she finally understood .
" the elders couldn't be killed so they were imprisoned instead and in due time we'll all be free" he said as he smiled taking his hands off her forehead and they were out of the trans like state and it was like time stopped during their stay there
making their way back to where Ling was she touched him and he immediately flinched and looked at her , but then he noticed someone else with her
he was tall with blue eyes and a golden hair , he was elegant and very good looking .
Ling had been using his inspect skill to inspect the strength of everyone around him so immediately he looked at the man beside Lilith the skill worked on him too but he couldn't see everything about him

he didn't understand why all these people who would potentially be related to his clan would show up out of nowhere he wanted to talk to them about everything but he just couldn't
the guy immediately looked at Lilith and smiled , touching her hand while walking up to Ling to do the same and soon they were in the trans again
looking at the boy earlier he saw the demonic aura coming out of him, although he did his best to keep it suppressed , he couldn't do anything against the keen sight of an elder
they were all in a white space , ling had never seen anything like this before , looking at all of them now he saw an older man with golden red hair and the Lilith who was actually Lilly had same color of hair too and their eyes were red
the man finally started laughing for some reason then he looked at Lilly and spoke
" I guess you don't really have that much of a keen sense , that's one of the five hidden clan children .... you should be ling " he said this last statement looking directly at ling his red eyes piercing into lings soul
" and to think you tried to use your weak inspect ability on me " he laughed heartedly
" inspect ability, what's that ?" Lilly looked genuinely confused
" I sincerely apologize, I didnt know who you were and considering Lilith was hiding a lot from me sorry uhmm lilly right?" Ling spoke looking at Lilly
" wait how did you know that name I didn't tell you anything about myself , is that why you started acting weirdly?" she inquired looking at him and Quinn very confusedly
" its an ability that only a select few persons have , its a top tier ability although it has five different levels , his level is level one hence it can't work effectively on high tier persons like me ....isn't that right ?" he asked looking at Ling
" it seems you've lost your ability to speak young one I guess I'd have to do it the old fashioned way " he spoke softly as he walked towards Ling and touched his forehead , this was a mean of exchanging information after a while he took away his hands and smiled
" don't worry , were all the help you need ... seems he used a high tier transfiguration ability on you guys that's why you don't look like us but with time you'd learn all you need to know " he smiled again at Ling before turning to Lilly
" you should update him that we've found one , and also the boy is yet to locate the other clan children so that one might take a while " smiling he took his hand away from Lings forehead
a drop of tears dropped from Lings eyes, he had seen everything and he understood it better than when the system had tried to explain it to him because it was just like he lived through the whole time frame
immediately his hand left lings head, they were all in the normal environment and the testing was about to start, they were all to group up in fives and they were already three . after some time two persons walked up to them and requested to join their groups one of them was a girl with long blue hair she had the water elemental ability and the other had orange hair he had fire elemental abilities
soon a man took the podium , he was the highest ranked with all the military decorations that could be sent hanging on his uniform
" goodmorning and welcome to base 3, I'm general Lee and I'm in charge of every activity of this base, earlier today there was a breakout but everything is okay now although we lost someone in the process. please do your best in this assessment as it'll determine your rank for this first year thank you" the man got off the podium and the groups began to walk towards portals one after another, and once a group went through they wont return anymore
" the groups who went in will carry out their assessments and be assigned dorms and they'd go to their dorms and that's why they won't be seen here anymore , but in due time everyone would be in the institute environment in their various dorms " the boy with orange hair spoke excitedly
" my name is charles by the way , nice meeting y'all here " he smiled again
they all introduced themselves and Quinn went by the name fred miller , the girl was crystal bane then Eden Lilith and ling Dee . they all walked into the portal and their environment began to warp around them and soon they were in a place that resembled a battle arena, this was where they'd get tested
they filled in their basic information and proceeded to get tested, after the assessment their power level would be visible on their watches
there were four sets of devices and each of them was to test different aspects of their abilities.
charles walked up to the first device looking like a drum and punched it and it began to spiral till it hit number twenty, then using his fire abilities he blasted a hole like device until is rad thirty and by the time he was done with his assessments his watch displayed rank 7, he smiled and walked away everyother person carried out their assessments too
crystal bane had a power level of 15
charles Cruz had a power level of 7
Eden Lilith had a power level of 18
Fred Miller had a power level of 1
ling Dee had a power level of 1
so far they were the lowest because Quinn had suppressed his powers to prevent the machines from giving him a greater ranking above 20 because the military institution used a one to twenty power level system
Quinn and ling didn't display any abilities so it also reduced their result while eden used frost magic which she crafted using demon manipulation abilities hence she had a high rank.
they were directed through another portal and before they entered it they were assigned room numbers , Fred, ling and Charles had been assigned same room number ( room 17) while Lilith and crystal had been assigned same room number also (room 3)
they were all teleported directly to their dorms as they'd stay there for the rest of the day and full sessions began the next day.
Fred, ling and Charles had an extra room mate, he acted dumb and refused to speak to them but when they entered the room he walked up to each of them shaking their hands which allowed him to speak to them psychically
" my name is Logan lev, I can't speak to you directly because my ability is associated with words and I could en up using it on you without knowing so I'd prefer we communicate this way... and you don't have to worry about me reading your minds or invading your minds or memories , I don't have that ability ..." he smiled while talking to them psychically and hi watch displayed 20 he was the strongest of them all in terms of power level displayed on the watch but he was nowhere near the strength of Fred and ling in reality
they all smiled and proceeded to arrange their belongings in the drawers next to their beds .

" Ben , I want only goodnews and don't keep me waiting , have you found the demon scum ?" lady Quinn asked the man on the other end of the phone ever so elegant with her golden eyes and white hair, she had at least ten druid elite military forces outside her room protecting her door and more than thirty elite forces outside protecting her mansion and in he room with her was three beautifully looking young druid men standing around her , she was never one to take chances bout her security.
" we're on his trail ma'am wed find him soon, I've sent my most trusted spy to find him and she never fails me , he's currently in base 3 but we're yet to uncover an identity " he spoke briefly
" that's all I want to hear " she dropped the call and put her phone down
almost immediately after she heard a knock on her door which was weird because her guards knew better than to knock on her door without firstly informing her of their intent towards entering her room , she ignored the knocking sound only for it to be heard again but this time on the third knock, the door was broken down and she could see the head of one of her guards sticking out of the end of the door, he was dead
jolting up from the bed she walked behind her three guards and stood still as she saw a lady walk into the room smiling weirdly as she absorbed the life essence out f all the guards outside and all lady Quinn could hear was the sound of bodies hitting the ground and breaking du to the fact that they were petrified.
the lady had long golden red hair , a character trait of the demon clan her smile was as weird as her dressing which completely revealed her nakedness except for a thin sheet of clothing covering her nipples and the leggings she wore to cover her lower half . she wore an oxblood boot .
standing at the entrance of the door she stretched her hands towards the three guards in front of lady Quinn and they all dropped dead revealing lady Quinn at the other end in her true form, she had wings protruding from her back and a golden sword
" you must be very brave to invade my sanctuary you fool " lady Quinn stated bluntly pointing her sword towards the demon lady
" what have they done to you , what have they done to you " the demon lady screamed while looking at lady Quinn as if annoyed she moved at the speed of light stretching her claws to injure the druid but she immediately hit an invisible wall
" you must feel you're invincible , but you're not and this is just to show you that we can hurt you where we want and there's nothing you can do to stop it" the demon lady cursed
" I have very few words to say to you but I do want to know how yo fund the location of a top tier secret mansion and how you got here and most of all who you're working for " lady Quinn screamed at the demon clan member before her
looking at lady Quinn she began to laugh as she disappeared into thin air
" your days are coming to an end lady Quinn " her laughter could be heard echoing around the room until it stopped
transforming back to her human form , she picked up her phone once more
" I'll need your help , be here with your team as fast as possible " she continued speaking to the man
