'Is that it?' Draxus thought while staring at the panel with disappointment.
He expected some sort of power boost after claiming the quest reward but nothing of that sort came especially after he checked the exp needed to level up and it was the same as the exp he got.
Returning to the main interface, he checked the panel for any difference when he noticed a new addition.

The next moment a sudden flow of energy came across his body like soothing water, flowing across his body then a sudden rush of strength came into his body and a ding came from the system

'Wow, I suddenly feel so light, I feel like I can run twice as fast as before, this is amazing!!'
He returned to the main panel to check for new changes

'I can definitely do the two together, I'll leave marks behind to find my way back here later when I'm done hunting, I didn't find any on the way after running for so long I'll have to even farther'
He thought then sprinted back along the way he came from earlier leaving claw marks on the trees along the way in a way also completing the tasks.
After a while, he stumbled across a rabbit and bent down in an attempt to ambush it, leaning back he jumped forward in an instant pushing his speed to the max then caught onto it before the rabbit could even react.

'I can gain exp from killing other animals' he thought while raising an eyebrow.
'My hunting tricks from back then in our village can be put to good use here's he thought then walked around to catch a few more.
After catching four more rabbits, he returned to the small lake using the marks he left behind with two of the rabbits caught between his teeths.
He vent down to drink water then returned to the interface while thinking 'I haven't been in this body for long but I feel oddly familiar with it so much it's annoying.'
He thought then claimed the task for five successful hunts and started swiping his claws randomly checking the task section for progress.

He could feel the same rush of strength passing through his body, filling his body with energy and he felt lighter and faster.
'This feeling..... It's so addictive!' he thought while opening the main interface again and checking the changes in the panel.

He initially had the thought of going out to hunt but gave up that idea. The dark forest was filled with dangerous beats and traps, he decided to wait here and get stronger first before going out to hunt for exp confidently.
He thought then decided to rest for a bit but after a while he stood up again and decided to scout the area for any prey and not wander away too far.
'This place is way too silent, is it really the dark forest?' he thought while walking through the forest, this time he wasn't running with the hope of catching some new prey for exp.
After walking for a while he finally found his new prey, an antelope grazing in the plain unaware of the predator watching it from the forest.
'This will do for now' he thought then crouched down on the floor while crawling over silently gathering strength in his hind legs then leapt over biting towards it's neck and sinking his fangs deep biting it off in an instant.
'How am I able to get this right in one try, I'm not a wolf but I'm able to do it even better than some wolves?' perhaps I've just been living like an animal for too long before professor Adrian took me in.' he thought remembering the kind of life he lived before he met professor Adrian.
Remembering professor Adrian and Henry brought made him feel both sad and angry.
'Will I be able to get my revenge in this wolf body? How am I even going to enter human towns.' he thought when a beep came from the system.
