Keifers pov
Josh was really getting all of us worried I was getting stressed about all of this but I just wanted to enjoy the last day in peace and that's what I was gonna do.
I would talk to sir Alvin and go pick and drop kerien that's it.
I needed to keep myself to together for my Jay and the section.
When I walked out and I started talking to sir as we walked the similar hallways I looked out an open window and saw our old building being demolished.
And that's when Sir started talking.
"Talk any information about Joshua?"
"Sir he's not opening up to anyone but he has some family problems it's obvious"
Sir alvin nodded.
"Plz try to figure out what it is exactly. I know today you guys technically graduated and I know all of you will pass but listen I want all of you to meet me one day as section e once again along with Drew, Josh and Yuri one last time before leaving for collage... Like I said this batch was really memorable it reminded me off my own days"
I understood him even I was gonna miss this class.
"Anyway keifer if you have plans I shouldn't be keeping you waiting"
I nodded and I was gonna miss sir too honestly.
"Thank you"
was the only thing I could choke out.
My legs carried me to my car on my own I was worried about the people around me keigan, josh, Yuri.... And also my Jay I couldn't risk her getting kidnapped again.
I drove to Keriens school my mind heavy with thoughts. I was still a few minutes early and I just waited outside silently leaning back against my car waiting for him. Kerien was kinda similar to me and he's been acting different like something is stopping him from asking for help, maybe he was seeking independence...
As the final bell rang kids piled out and I wasn't paying much attention until I finally looked up cause it was about around time he should be out. And he was talking to this kid who looked Japanese.
Did he find his own rooster? Hopefully they won't fall for the same girl.
And seeing kerien with his rooster made me realize how much I missed MY rooster. My best friend. Dammit. I needed to talk to him but... I respected his space.
Eventually kerien said bye to the rooster and he came back. We rode in silence until he spoke.
"D...da- dad (he said the word as if it was Poison in his mouth) killed mom didn't he?"
He asked voice breaking.
"Kerien no...how did you?"
"It's all my fault"
"No no it's not it never was."
I told him as we pulled in. He kept crying as I calmed him down and finally managed to get him to be okay and I scooped him up and I could feel him fall asleep in my arms.
I took him to his room and I knew I had to talk to keigan cause I was 100% sure he had told kerien this.
But he wasn't home yet and I checked his location and he was at school so I let it be.
My mind was so irritated yet I needed to just told it together for the sake of section e. I finally drove there and I was looking for them but they were at a corner near a snack shop over there. Honestly I wasnt surprised my baby loves food but she wasn't there I was looking for her when I heard them talk.
"Honestly after what you did to Jay your lucky your still standing"
I heard Felix say
"Ya keifer has every right to find out"
Some one else added but what were they talking about? Who did what to Jay? I was gonna step into their view and ask what happened when suddenly I heard someone say.
"Listen I just let my anger get the best of me at the moment and I slapped jay okay I know it was wrong and I'm not proud of it okay I admit it was wrong but what's done is done we can't change it and Keifer doesn't know and he doesn't need to know either."
I froze as I heard that it was definitely the unmistakable voice of mayo.
I felt this overwhelming rage consume me and I couldn't stop myself I stormed in and I saw those jerks faces drop all of them knew and none of them told I couldn't accept that.
And before I could control myself I punched mayo hard. I could here them saying something to me but I couldn't stop, he had the audacity to slap my Jay.
"ALL OF YOU KNEW AND NONE OF YOU TOLD ME?"
I yelled and they all stayed silent and I turned to calix.
"What about you huh? How would you feel if someone slapped Mica and all of your friends knew but didn't say anything?!?"
I saw him take a step back and hesitate.
"I...I would be mad...and I'm sorry you have the right to be m...mad"
I turned to David.
"How about you?!!?!!!!"
I yelled.
"Y...your anger is valid keifer we're sorry."
I just couldn't control myself. I was already super stressed and this set me off.
SOMEBODY WHO I THOUGHT WOUKD KEEP JAY SAFE WHEN I LEFT HAD HIT HER?!? SOME LAYED A FINGER ON MY JAY?!?!
I grabbed him by the collar and landed a few punches...
