Chapter 10 - 10 Colossal

Everyone yeeted their ultimate attacks at once. Ayush summoned his undead squad for that extra "jump-him" energy, while Rei, Juine, Nakamu, Miku, Artan, and Vikas unloaded their full kits. The monster finally noticed us—probably because we were being annoying flies—and tried to turn us into human pancakes. We pulled a "nope" and high-tailed it out of there with some serious zoomies.

Once we caught our breath, Aryan panted, "Yo Rei, does this unit have a weakness or are we cooked?"

Rei shook his head. "He's a tank, but his mobility is mid. He's slow as hell."

Nakamu chimed in, "New strat: Spread out and spam attacks on different spots!"

Aryan started parkouring up the monster's leg and Ayush's skeletons were out there putting in overtime. We keep throwing hands, but nothing happening.

"Bruh, I'm Out of Mana," Ayush groaned.

Vikas wiped sweat off his face. "Same, my mana pool is literally a puddle right now."

Aryan sighed, "Same same, bro. No cap."

Nakamu finally called it: "Guys, we can't defeat this guy. He's built different."

While we were struggling, Rei was out there playing 4D chess with Illusion Magic. He was flickering in and out of the fog like a high-ping player, appearing everywhere and nowhere. Juine was also popping off with her Love Curse, spreading a 100-meter toxicity radius that actually started ticking down the monster's health with poison.

Then, the monster got tired of our shenanigans. He raised a massive foot and performed a "Ground Pound" that felt like a 9.0 magnitude earthquake. We lost our footing, the vibes were ruined, and the crowd control was too much.

"Tactical retreat!" we yelled. We tell Rei and Juine and did a full-speed dash back to the jungle. We didn't stop until we hit the Kingdom gates.

Everyone was gasping for air like they'd just run a marathon in flip-flops—everyone except Nakamu, who looked perfectly fine.

"Skill issue," Nakamu joked. "My stamina stat is 78."

We checked our stats and... it was a reality check.

Aryan: 8

Ayush: 12

Vikas: 7

Rei: 19

Miku: 14

Juine: 17

"Okay, so being 'fit' actually matters," aryan muttered. "Magic can't carry us if our cardio is trash."

To make up for the L, we went to the Adventurer's Guild and grinded A-Rank missions until sunset. By the end of the day, we'd secured the bag—80,000 Coins. We said our goodbyes to the party members and checked into a single hotel room to save money (standard bro behavior).

Aryan sprawled out on the bed. "Guys, if every boss is that cracked, we're never getting that Harem. We're gonna die like side characters."

Ayush, feeling himself, summoned his new drops. "Hold up, look at this. If I kill high-tier mobs, I can turn them into my shadows. I might even get a flying mount eventually."

He summoned an Ogre. When Aryan and Vikas inspected it, they nearly fell off the bed.

Ogre Status: Attack Damage: 80

(Context: Their Goblins only do 20-28 damage)

"See? If we level up and I build an army of these units, we become the main characters," Ayush said.

Aryan got serious for a second. "And then what? People start asking questions. If they find out we're 'Isekai trash' from another world, things could get messy."

Vikas rolled his eyes. "Who cares? There's a Magic Academy here. You know what that means? Baddies. Waifus. Academic rizz. I need to enroll,

Aryan nodded. "Fair point. This world is full of mysteries. Let's sleep on it and hit the Academy info tomorrow."

The boys knocked out, but Aryan's brain was doing backflips. He started replaying his memories—that weird "void" space he visited.

What was that library? he thought. That Angel/Demon guy... he said he was an Angel, but he had major 'final boss' energy. And that library was trippy—no roof, gravity going in four different directions, and the walls shifting like an infinity loop.

He thought about the girl who healed him. How did she know about my power? 'Use it carefully,' she said. Like, how does she have the script? This wasn't a standard, cozy fantasy world with just "Fire" and "Ice" spells. This world is mysterious, dark, and deep. My system had failed in that void because my "body was elsewhere."

God, just one more trip to that library, Aryan prayed silently. I need the lore.

In the bed, the "Bro-Pile" was peak comedy. Aryan was on the left, Vikas on the right, and Ayush was in the middle, completely horizontal with his legs kicked over them like a human starfish. Vikas had an arm draped over Ayush, and they were all snoring in a messy, chaotic heap.
