The security personnel didn't respond immediately
Jude's eyes stayed on him anticipating problems before they fully formed
"Who is it?", he asked again slowly
The personnel moved uneasily
"He didn't give me a name. But he said it is about the twins and he insisted you would want to hear it directly"
Scarlett tightened her grip around the babies instantly
"We don't want to. Whoever it is can leave", she said
Jude didn't look at her
"Did he say he is here for anything else?"
The personnel didn't say anything as he just held back
"He just said ….. if we turn him away, the next place he goes to would be very loud", he stuttered
The silence was as sharp as a blade running through paper
Violet murmured "What does that even mean?"
Scarlett looked at the babies in her arms again
"Isn't that blackmail?"
