At The Crimson Claw Pack, Cassian, Isaac, and a few werewolf warriors stood before what looked like an abandoned building. Overgrown grasses stuck to the walls, and vines crawled up as well.
The rotting stench of dead trees and animals filled the air, and some of the shifters could be seen rubbing their noses in discomfort.
"This is the place, Alpha," one of the warriors named Mark informed. "The hostage is held inside."
Cassian did not reply. His eyes scanned the place. It wasn't an unfamiliar building. It was frequently used to keep the pack's prisoners.
"Take me to him," Cassian ordered.
The warrior nodded and began walking ahead, but the sound of a phone ringing had him and everyone else stop. Turning, they began to look for who was careless enough to let their phone ring.
Meanwhile, Cassian casually dipped his hand into his pocket and fished out his phone. When he saw the name of the caller, her answered,
"Charles," he called.
