As the caterpillars finished fusing into his body Kai looked at the dead profane monsters infront of him and took out a bottle in his backpack that lay next to the blood spring after that he walked towards one of the monsters, raised his sword and cleanly cut it's tail off with one swing and held it into his hand and began extracting the poison out of the monster into the bottle after doing that he willed and the sword made out of crimson red blood dissolved and turned into a round ball like form in his hand.
"This blood petal manipulation technique is truly amazing, I was right about Aurora she truly is magnificent."
After muttering these words Kia condensed the blood to fit into the small bottle and mixed it with the poison,after doing all the he took out some herbs out of the pouch wrapped around his waist and began to grind them with a stone that he picked up on the ground after grinding for a while the Herbs were grinded into fine powder and poured it into the bottle with poison and blood and he shook it for awhile, after he finished shaking it he opened the bottle cap and looked inside of it and saw thick blood with steam blowing out of it, after smelling and examining it for a few seconds Kai sighed and brought the bottle near his mouth and downed the substance in the bottle in one swift motion as the substance entered into his mouth flowing down his throat and began to burn everything that it touch, Kai fell onto the ground with both knees dropping the bottle that he held in his hand he held onto his throat with both hand as the blood red substance entered his body,Kai opend his mouth to let out a loud scream but no sound escaped out of his mouth, the substance moved into his body mixing into his organs and blood burning everything in its path Kai one agian fell face first into the ground enduring agony clenching the grass in the ground and pushing it at the Sametime in hope of distracting his mind off the pain that his body faced, blood began to slowly flow out of his eyes,ears and mouth as he lay there on the ground screaming with a voiceless sound as no sound came out of his mind this went on for hours on end as Kai began to loss concouisness. A few hours after passing out Kai suddenly woke up looking around and examining his body.
" phew, I am still alive the antidote was successful created thank God uncle Ivar taught me how to concote one, if these monsters used those poisiness tails against me than I would have been in massive trouble, I guess it is a good thing that I took the initiative and layed out a trap for them or I would have been devoured by these monsters."
Kai softly spoke as he stood up from the ground and walked towards one of the monster with their tail intact.
"Now let me test if my potion has worked."
Kai picked up the monster's tail and opened a wound on his face with it and poison sipped into his face and spread throughout his body as it did that nothing happened to him no pain or dizziness.
" mhh, Good it's working now let me begin the hunt."
Kai extracted a drop of blood from the monster infront of him and slowly put it onto his palm and began to move his hand left and right pointing it on all directions around him the blood suddenly moved as Kai pointed it at a path filled with darkness.
" Mhh, So that is the path that leads to the rest of these creatures."
To think blood petal manipulation could be used this way, I know it the moment I sensed the blood of this creatures when I made them bleed that I could track someone or creatures using their blood, Kai pondered. As he walked towards the path were the
blood pointed at after walking for awhile Kai finally reach the end of the road and stood ontop of a hill below him, he saw one thousand profane creatures with prey in their mouth walking in groups of three's as the head towards a cave with a big opening.
"Mhh this is going to be troublesome to think that I will have to face so many creatures by myself how interesting now I can fully explore what blood petal manipulation can truly do, before that let me search what type of creatures are these.
Kai opened his pouch and took out a black thick book that details every profane creature, monsters and mythical creatures that is know to men,After flipping through the book for awhile he finally came across the creatures that he is hunting and read through the description.
"This large four legged canine like creature that has black thick skin, a tail with poisiness spikes and large sharp horns is called a lysantos, these creatures often hunt in groups which consists of three monsters out of these three monsters one will be a leader of the group,after hunting all three of them must return with their own prey to their pack and present it as tribute to their monarch.These creatures rank from first tier to fourt tier none have been recorded to reach higher tiers.In their hierachy they have a monarch and four guards which can be distinguished by blue claw marks on their face"
Kai read out loud in a soft voice as he examined the image of the creature in the book, after reading Kai placed the book once agian in his pouch and examined the creatures on below the hill once agian.
If I jump from here and start slaughtering these creatures will their monarch react and come after me. Kai thought to himself with a insane grin on his face.
" I have alway wanted to do a leap of faith like uncle Ivar always does before facing a large number of enemies."
Kai reach the edge of the hill took out a claymore sword in his backpack after doing that he tightly wore the backpack on his back and turned around with his back facing the thousands of lysantos walking below him and he calmly let himself fall, as he fell down the hill with closed eyes wind blowing in his face the force of the fall flipped his body over as he reached the back of creature that was carrying a horse like monster in it's mouth and landed forcefully on it's back with both feet. A loud Bam! Could be heard as kai landed on the creatures back as his weight broke it's back making it forcefully bite down on the creature that it held in its mouth snapping it in half.Kai opened his deep brown eyes and jammed the sword in his hand deep into the back of the lysantos head as only the cross guard of the sword after that he forcefully jerked it out and blood burst out as the creature died on the spot, as the lysantos blood was flowing out it into the air angry insane roars could be heard among the as creatures rushed toward Kai he ran onto of the lytons back and leapt into the air as he jumped at another before the creature could reach him Kai held his sword with both hands as he swung at it from afar and a thin sharp blood crest moon formed before the creature cleanly cutting it in half filling the ground with blood.
" I drew first blood now all of you are doomed."
Kai held his sword with both hands rushing towards the lysantos as he slashed at them decapitating other while crippling other as he cut of heads and legs as he fazed between the creatures dissapppearing from one place to another as Kai was killing and deflecting blows from the creatures more and more rushed at him from all sides as blood littered the floor Kai had a insane smile on his face as he held his sword tightly with his right hand and blood suddenly rose from everywhere on the battleground where Kai spilled blood, the blood rose and turned into spears pointing at all the creatures surrounding him.Unawre the lysantos rushed towards him before they could Kai raised his left palm and clapsed it and the blood spear pierced more than five hundred lysantos, piercing into their heads and coming out of their chins.
Plop! The lysantos spasmed as they fell dead onto the ground, before a group could get near him Kai willed and the blood underneath them suddenly formed into spikes piercing into them lifting them of the ground as they hanged lifeless on the spikes.
Fighting so many creatures is fun and tiring, Kai Ponder as he looked around the battlefield littered with corpses of dead monsters.
Kai launched at the creatures madly swinging his sword left and right, dodging and attacking killing and maiming simultaneously,the sunset as Kai slashed his sword with madness in his eyes as he laughed loudly with corpse all around him, w blood flowing out of his body at the wounds caused by claws and poisiness tails filled with spikes.His body was stained by the thick red blood of the profane monsters covering his face, body, hair and bare feet as he danced around the profane creatures not giving them a chance to strike at him, one thousand profane creatures were reduce to five hundred in a matter of hours , Kai stood ontop of a profane creature looking at the sky with a insane smile as the sun set around him as lysantos were charging at him.
"Beautiful, Beautiful why does sky look so beautiful when I am covered in blood " Kai spoke loudly as he clenched his sword preparing to rush towards his prey once agian, before Kai could move a loud roar reveberated in the body littered battleground as five large lysantos charged out of the cave.
"Mhh it's about time you arrived I've been waiting."
Kai said as he looked at the five lysantos.
