His shout was loud and clear in the abandoned warehouse. Even as his group was boisterously laughing. The moment his words fell, they didn't immediately stop, however.
Only a few got their attention focused on him.
"What is it, sonny?"
Sonny grinned. Wicked thoughts have already infected his mind, thinking of how he could divert his gang's attention toward this unknown woman.
"Sorry, girl. You should blame your luck for coming here." Sonny turned to Aurora, who had already shed some tears across her face.
"Hey, what is it?"
Seeing Sonny mumbling to himself in the corner, they thought he had become too wasted and was now going crazy.
Being ignored, Sonny tried to get their attention again. This time, he planned to mention the woman he had found.
He approached her and was about to grab her, but Aurora slipped from beneath his reach and bolted out of there.
"Fuck!" Sonny cursed aloud as he tried to grab her.
