Maya's POV
The training ground was chaos.
Soldiers crashed into each other, practicing the new formations Maya had designed. They were messy. Uncoordinated. Nowhere near perfect.
But they were learning.
"Tighter formation on the east flank!" she shouted, standing on the platform above them. "You're creating gaps! The enemy will exploit gaps and you'll die!"
The soldiers repositioned. It was slightly better.
This was what two weeks looked like. Constant training. Constant adjustment. Constant reminders that lives depended on executing her plan perfectly.
Maya's strategy was audacious. Most strategists would have called it suicide.
Three separate teams. One hitting the western territory while the enemy was distracted. One defending the northern border. One creating a surprise assault on the southern front. It required perfect timing. It required soldiers who trusted her vision completely. It required everything to go right.
