The guards finally noticed the calmness inside the office of Happy Smile Business, and they also noticed that their 'young master' could walk out any time he wanted without being held back.
It became clear to them that there was no danger here…yet. But they could not let their guard down.
A gun was suddenly pointed at Daniel, and the guard threatening him growled his words out.
"Hey, stand up and get ready for a body check. You are wearing a mask, so you are suspicious. If you move funny, then we will shoot."
There was one gun pressed to Daniel's back and two more aimed at him from a distance. He could see three ways to get out of this situation, and one of them involved taking Ivan as a hostage.
It was a bad idea, but Daniel was beginning to feel irritated enough to go for it.
"Hey, this is enough. Can't you see that I am here for some serious talk with my future employee? Don't butt in unnecessarily."
