Chapter 23: Incursio Forging – Live Material Integration and Brutal Pressure
Naraku and Nawaki watched the battle end and approached Tsunade and Jiraiya.
The sister-obsessed Nawaki immediately asked Tsunade if she was okay. Tsunade assured him she was fine.
Jiraiya, however, looked at Naraku and asked gravely: "Are you sure you want to use this monster to forge armor?"
Naraku replied calmly: "Toad Sage, didn't you see Tyrant's terror for yourself? Armor forged from Tyrant will be a living armor. It will possess Tyrant's horrifying defense, attack power, insane adaptability, and terrifying evolution potential. And the invisibility ability Tyrant displayed earlier will also be inherited!"
As Naraku explained, Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzō Shimura slowly approached.
Even though the massive battle between Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Tyrant had taken place outside the village, the commotion was impossible to miss. Most villagers had already dispersed after Hiruzen arrived—but Danzō, being shameless, refused to leave.

Hiruzen and Danzō were stunned. Two months ago this kid was barely over a meter tall—now he was 50 cm taller?
Hiruzen especially felt uncomfortable. Even in his prime he was only about 165 cm—and he'd probably shrink when he got old!

Everyone present (except Nawaki) was a seasoned ninja—and this was the first they'd ever heard of such a kekkei genkai, especially from an Uchiha.
They looked at him with clear suspicion.
Only Nawaki exclaimed: "Wow! That's an amazing ability! Master Naraku, if you summon any more of those tasty fish in the future, please sell me some! I feel like I'm growing too slowly!"
Ignoring whether anyone believed him, Naraku continued explaining his plan to forge using the monster.
When Hiruzen and Danzō heard the full details—especially Naraku's vision for the new armor—both fell silent.
Danzō's heart itched like ten thousand cats were clawing at it. Want it! I want it!
His greed was almost visible on his face.
Hiruzen, with greater composure, said: "Little Naraku, you are the future of the village. You must prioritize your safety. If you ever have dangerous work like this again, come to me!"
Danzō, suppressing his greed for the moment, added: "If you need help, Root is also available."
Naraku inwardly sneered at Danzō's thick skin. You sent people to kidnap me earlier, old dog? Now you want my good stuff? Just wait—when I have more "good things," I'll be sure to find you!
Naraku thanked both of them politely.
For safety reasons, he didn't forge inside the Uchiha compound. Instead, he returned to Granny Cat's place after a long absence. After a quick discussion, Granny Cat took the ninja cats and retreated to a safe distance—just in case.
Outside the forging room, Naraku glanced at Nawaki—and immediately noticed the necklace around his neck.

Hashirama wore it → died young.
Tsunade gave it to Nawaki → he was blown up by explosive tags the next day.
Tsunade gave it to Dan → his organs were pulverized; even as a medical ninja, she couldn't save him → developed hemophobia.
Tsunade later gave it to Naruto → he crushed it during near-full Nine-Tails transformation because the First's power inside suppressed the fox.
Naruto eventually became Hokage.
Naraku felt this necklace was extremely unlucky. Hand it over!
He took the necklace from Nawaki's neck and said to the others: "I'll inlay this into the armor's surface during forging. If you want it back later, you can take it off!"
Only then did Nawaki relax. This necklace was powerful encouragement for his Hokage dream!
Naraku appraised it with the system:

Naraku planned to use it as insurance or a catalyst during forging. Next, Naraku began recalling the Teigu forging methods from memory and started processing Tyrant.
He melted the Oriharukon and used the molten metal like ink to carve strange runes across Tyrant's entire body.
The process was extremely difficult. Tsunade had to periodically punch Tyrant in the head to keep it subdued.
Finally, when Tyrant's body was covered in runes, Naraku asked Jiraiya to use Wind Release to sever one of Tyrant's claws.

Then Naraku slowly chanted the incantation. Tyrant began thrashing violently once again. Gradually, its massive body began shrinking.
Eventually, Tyrant reduced to roughly human size.
At that point, Naraku took out: 9 portions of Oriharukon, 100 kg of fine iron, 10 portions each of Monkey Scarlet Iron Sand and Monkey Scarlet Ore, and Tyrant's severed claw.
He melted everything except the claw together, forming a rough blank.
Naraku now had to classify the rough components by shape, size, and material properties, then forge them into individual armor pieces according to the design blueprint: helmet, breastplate, shoulder guards, arm guards, gauntlets, greaves, etc.—each with unique shapes and functions.
This step would consume a massive amount of time. But Naraku had to finish forging before the runes suppressing Tyrant expired!
