"No, Liam will never do that," Clayton said to Nathan. He hugged him then turned to see Felix pointing a gun at them.
"What are you doing?" Nathan asked.
"Time is running out, step aside" Felix said as he waved the gun at them.
"Felix you don't need to point the gun at them. We all agreed remember," Mark said slowly as he slowly approached him.
Felix turned the gun towards Mark and Nathan was about to lung at him. He immediately stopped when Felix pointed at him.
Mark joined the two and Felix walked backward still pointing the gun at them. When he got to the room where Corvus was being held, he shot Devil's Trap on the floor.
As he was about to shoot the ones on the walls. Corvus grabbed him and pulled him inside.
"What are you doing? I was letting you out," Felix said just before Corvus snapped his neck.
It happened so suddenly that it left Nathan and the rest in awe. Corvus stared at the intensely as cracks formed in the walls around him.
When the cracks destroyed all the devil's traps he stretched a leg over the threshold. He took his first step and when he was successful his other leg joined him.
He smiled, as he watched Nathan cry. Mark and Clayton held him back as he tried to reach for Felix.
"What are you waiting for? Run!" Corvus said and Mark and Clayton dragged Nathan away.
They ran up the stairs and Corvis calmly followed them.
"You should go I'll hold him off," Clayton said to Nathan when they got upstairs.
"No, come with us," Nathan grabbed his hand and Clayton turned towards Mark.
"Don't worry I'll take care of him," Mark said and tried to drag Nathan away. As Nathan was being dragged away, he saw Clayton dip his hand into his pocket.
Corvus walked up and was knocked back by Clayton with just a wave of his hand. Corvus held firm as an invisible force held him back.
He tried to force his way by using only his mind but Clayton kept holding him back. He waved his hand and sent Clayton flying into a cupboard. The wooden cupboard shattered on impact.
Meanwhile, in the garage, Mark checked on the car as they prepared for their escape.
"You saw it too right? Clayton was using magic," Nathan said to Mark whose head was deep in the hood.
"This is not the time we have to leave," Mark said and slammed the hood. He got in the driver's seat and started the car.
Nathan then got in the passenger's seat. Mark pressed a button and the garage door started to open.
They slowly drove out to see a group of demons waiting in front of the house. Immediately they saw the car, they chased after it.
Mark floored the gas and they managed to get away by the skin of their teeth.
