After surviving the chaotic entrance to the Grand Line, the Straw Hat crew arrived at Whiskey Peak, a town that welcomed pirates with surprising warmth. The townspeople greeted them with smiles and quickly prepared a huge feast to celebrate their arrival.
Luffy, Usopp, and the others happily joined the party, eating and drinking as the night went on. Music filled the town while the celebration grew louder.
But Sonic quietly watched the people around them. After ten years of observing pirates and sailors in East Blue, something about the situation did not feel right to him.
Sonic spoke quietly to Zoro. "This is too friendly."
He looked around the town and added, "I've seen pirates before. These people aren't just celebrating… they're hiding something."

Late that night, when most of the crew had fallen asleep after the celebration, the truth about the town finally appeared.
The smiling townspeople quietly gathered together and revealed their real identities. They were bounty hunters working for Baroque Works, a secret criminal organization that captures pirates and turns them in for rewards.
They slowly surrounded the sleeping pirates, preparing to capture them.
But Sonic was already awake.
Standing on a rooftop and watching the town, Sonic crossed his arms and said calmly, "I knew it."
He stepped forward and lowered his stance, ready for a fight before the bounty hunters could reach the crew.

While the rest of the crew slept after the feast, the bounty hunters quietly surrounded the area, preparing to capture the pirates.
But Zoro was already awake, sitting calmly outside. Sonic landed beside him after watching the town from the rooftops.
Zoro looked at the crowd of bounty hunters and smirked. "Looks like the party's over."
Sonic cracked his knuckles and replied, "Yeah… now the real fun starts."
The bounty hunters rushed forward all at once, but Zoro and Sonic stood their ground.
The fight began as the two of them faced more than a hundred hunters together.

The bounty hunters rushed in from every direction, trying to overwhelm Zoro and Sonic with sheer numbers.
Sonic moved first, dashing through the crowd in a blue blur and knocking several hunters down before they could even react.
At the same time, Zoro drew his swords and cut through the attackers with precise strikes.
Within moments, fifteen of the bounty hunters were already down, unable to continue the fight.
The remaining hunters hesitated for a second, realizing these two opponents were far stronger than they expected.
Screen 5
The fight continued as more bounty hunters rushed forward.
Sonic dashed through the battlefield at incredible speed, striking opponents before they could even react. At the same time, Zoro swung his swords with powerful and precise movements, knocking down attacker after attacker.
The bounty hunters tried to surround them, but the two fighters kept pushing them back.
Soon the number of defeated hunters kept rising. By the middle of the battle, around fifty of the bounty hunters had already fallen.
The remaining hunters began to realize they had seriously underestimated their targets.
Screen 6
The battle finally reached its end. The remaining bounty hunters charged together in one last attempt to overwhelm the two pirates.
Sonic rushed forward in a flash, striking several hunters in rapid succession, while Zoro stepped through the crowd with steady sword swings that dropped the last attackers one by one.
Within moments, the fight was over.
All one hundred bounty hunters lay defeated around the town square.
Zoro rested his sword on his shoulder and said calmly, "That was easier than I expected."
Sonic looked around at the fallen hunters and smirked. "Guess the party's really over now."
Screen 7
After the battle ended, the truth about two of the bounty hunters was revealed. Mr. 8 was actually Igaram, the captain of the royal guard of Alabasta. And Miss Wednesday was revealed to be Princess Vivi of the Alabasta Kingdom.
Vivi explained that she had secretly infiltrated Baroque Works to discover the identity of its mysterious leader, Mr. 0, who was manipulating events and threatening her kingdom.
The crew listened to the story carefully.
Sonic crossed his arms and looked at Vivi for a moment. "So you joined a criminal organization just to find the person behind all of this?"
Vivi nodded.
Sonic gave a small, respectful nod. "That takes courage."
Screen 8
Just as Vivi and Igaram finished explaining the situation, two Baroque Works agents suddenly arrived at Whiskey Peak. They were Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine, sent to eliminate Vivi and silence anyone who knew the truth.
The sudden tension woke Luffy from his sleep. Seeing the destroyed town and the defeated bounty hunters everywhere, he misunderstood what had happened.
Luffy pointed at Zoro and shouted, "Why did you attack the people who gave us food?"
Before Zoro could explain, Luffy rushed forward and started fighting him.
Sonic quickly stepped between them, trying to calm the situation. "Wait, Luffy. You don't understand what's going on."
But Luffy was already charging in. Sonic had no choice but to dodge and block his attacks while trying to stop the fight from getting worse.
Sonic sighed while jumping back from another punch. "This is getting ridiculous."
Screen 8
Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine arrived at Whiskey Peak to eliminate Vivi and Igaram. The sudden noise woke Luffy from his sleep.
Seeing the town destroyed and the bounty hunters lying everywhere, Luffy misunderstood the situation. He thought Zoro and Sonic had attacked the people who gave them food.
Luffy pointed at them angrily. "Why did you beat up our hosts?"
Zoro sighed. "They were bounty hunters, idiot."
But Luffy had already rushed forward. He threw a punch at Zoro while Sonic quickly jumped aside to avoid getting caught in the middle.
Sonic tried to explain while dodging. "Luffy, listen for a second—"
Luffy swung again, and Sonic had to leap over him.
Zoro blocked another attack and said, "This captain really is hopeless."
Sonic landed on a rooftop and laughed. "Yeah… this is the weirdest fight I've ever been in."
Screen 9
After the confusion cleared, Luffy finally understood the truth about the bounty hunters and Vivi's mission.
When Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine tried to attack again, Luffy stepped in and fought them, eventually defeating the two Baroque Works agents.
Meanwhile, Igaram decided to stay behind to distract Baroque Works so Vivi could escape safely with the crew. As his ship sailed away, a sudden explosion destroyed it in the distance.
Vivi watched in shock and sadness, but she quickly explained her request to the crew. She asked the Straw Hats to help take her back to Alabasta to stop the rebellion being secretly caused by Baroque Works' leader, Crocodile, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
Sonic listened to the story and then smiled slightly.
"Crocodile, huh?" he said. "Sounds like the Grand Line is about to get interesting."
