Suddenly, Wapol returned to the castle with his crew, trying to take back Drum Island. The pirates rushed forward, creating chaos around the castle.
Luffy stepped forward to confront Wapol again.
At the same time, Sonic dashed into the battlefield and quickly took down the rest of Wapol's crew. Moving in a blue blur, he knocked them down one after another before they could react.
Then Sonic rushed toward Wapol and delivered a fast punch to his stomach, sending him stumbling backward.
Right after that, Luffy stepped in and finished the fight with a powerful punch that defeated Wapol in a single blow.

Wapol tried to destroy the pirate flag that Dr. Hiluluk had raised. The flag represented hope and Hiluluk's belief that nothing was impossible.
Luffy quickly stepped in front of the flag, refusing to let Wapol destroy it. His action showed how much he respected Hiluluk's ideals and Chopper's feelings.
At the same moment, Sonic rushed forward at full speed and launched a powerful Spin Dash. The attack struck Wapol and sent him flying far away from the castle.
With the battle over, Luffy turned to Chopper and invited him to join the crew. Even though Chopper worried about being called a "monster," Luffy insisted that he wanted him as a friend and doctor.

Before the crew left the island, Dr. Kureha used Hiluluk's final invention — a special powder that turned the falling snow into beautiful cherry blossoms across the sky. The entire island watched as pink blossoms filled the winter air, showing Hiluluk's dream of bringing hope to the country.
Chopper stood with the Straw Hats and finally accepted Luffy's invitation to join the crew as their doctor.
As the Going Merry prepared to leave Drum Island, Sonic waved toward Dr. Kureha and said, "Goodbye, Doctor. Thanks for helping our crew."
With their new doctor aboard, the Straw Hat Pirates sailed toward their next adventure in the Grand Line.
