Chapter 23 - The Mystery of the Old Stone – Season 2Chapter 1: The New Signal

The sun was just rising.

Soft golden light filled the sky as Rahim and Karim stood outside the old house. The morning felt calm, but their hearts were full of excitement.

Karim smiled.

"Rahim… are you ready?"

Rahim looked at the glowing crystal in his hand.

"Yes. A new journey is waiting."

A few days had passed since they discovered the new map. The strange signal from the crystal had not stopped.

It was calling them.

Rahim opened the map again.

The glowing lines showed a new place—far away from the mountains.

Karim said, "This place looks different. Not forest… not mountains…"

Rahim nodded.

"Yes. It looks like a desert."

Karim looked surprised.

"A desert? That means heat, sand… and danger."

Rahim smiled slightly.

"And a new mystery."

They packed their bags carefully.

Food, water, rope, and tools.

Karim said, "This journey may be harder than the last one."

Rahim replied, "But we are stronger now."

They started walking.

The old house slowly disappeared behind them.

Their new journey had begun.

After Many Days…

Rahim and Karim traveled for many days.

They crossed small towns, rivers, and open lands.

Slowly, the weather started changing.

The air became dry.

The ground turned sandy.

Karim wiped his face.

"It's getting very hot," he said.

Rahim nodded.

"Yes. We are close to the desert."

The wind started blowing sand across the ground.

Far ahead, they could see endless sand dunes.

Karim said, "This place looks dangerous."

Rahim said, "Stay careful."

They entered the desert.

The sun was very strong.

Walking became difficult.

Sand moved under their feet.

Karim said, "We must find shelter soon."

Rahim looked at the crystal.

It started glowing again.

A faint path appeared on the sand.

Karim smiled.

"The crystal is guiding us again!"

Rahim nodded.

"Yes. Follow it."

They walked for some time.

Suddenly, they saw something in the distance.

Karim pointed.

"Rahim… look there!"

Rahim looked carefully.

In the middle of the desert, there were ruins.

Broken walls.

Half-buried structures.

It looked like an ancient place.

Rahim said slowly, "Another lost city…"

Karim said, "Just like before."

They moved closer.

The ruins were old and silent.

Strange symbols were carved on the stones.

Karim touched one of them.

"These symbols look different," he said.

Rahim looked at the crystal.

"Yes. This is a new mystery."

Suddenly—

The ground shook slightly.

Karim stepped back.

"Did you feel that?"

Rahim nodded.

"Yes…"

The crystal started glowing very brightly.

A beam of light pointed toward a large stone door buried in the sand.

Karim said, "There is something under the sand!"

Rahim said, "We need to open it."

They started removing sand from the door.

After some effort, the door became clear.

It had strange markings.

Karim said, "How do we open it?"

Rahim raised the crystal.

The light touched the door.

Slowly—

The stone door began to move.

Karim said, "It's opening!"

A dark tunnel appeared inside.

Cold air came out from it.

Karim looked nervous.

"Another underground place…"

Rahim smiled.

"Yes. Our journey continues."

They stepped inside.

The tunnel was dark.

But the crystal lit the way.

After walking for some time, they reached a large underground hall.

Karim looked around.

"This place feels different…"

Rahim said, "Yes. Something is not right."

Suddenly—

A voice echoed in the darkness.

"You should not be here."

Both boys froze.

Karim whispered, "Rahim… someone is here!"

A shadow moved slowly.

From the darkness, a tall figure appeared.

He was wearing a long cloak.

His eyes were sharp.

Rahim said, "Who are you?"

The man smiled slightly.

"I am the keeper of this place."

Karim said, "Keeper?"

The man stepped forward.

"You have something that belongs to this world."

His eyes moved to the crystal.

Rahim held it tightly.

"We are its guardians," he said.

The man's smile disappeared.

"Then your journey… will not be easy."

The air became cold.

The mystery had begun again.
