A few days had passed since Rahim and Karim returned from the hidden city.
Life felt normal again.
The old house was quiet. The forest was calm. Everything looked the same as before.
But inside, both boys had changed.
They were no longer just curious boys.
They were guardians.
Karim was sitting near the window, looking outside.
The soft wind moved the trees.
He said quietly, "Rahim… do you think everything is really over?"
Rahim was standing near the table, looking at the crystal.
It was glowing softly, just like always.
Rahim replied, "I don't think it's ever truly over."
Karim smiled slightly.
"Yeah… I feel the same."
Rahim turned and looked at him.
"The city is safe. Mr. Roy is gone. But mysteries don't end so easily."
Karim stood up.
"Do you think he will come back?"
Rahim thought for a moment.
"Maybe… or maybe someone else will."
Karim took a deep breath.
"Then we will be ready."
Rahim smiled.
"Yes. Always."
Suddenly, the crystal began to glow brighter.
Both boys became alert.
Karim said, "Rahim… it's happening again!"
Rahim quickly picked up the crystal.
The light became stronger.
A beam of light came out and moved across the wall.
Karim said, "It's showing something!"
The wall started glowing.
Slowly, a new map appeared.
Rahim looked closely.
"This is not the hidden city," he said.
Karim looked surprised.
"Then what is it?"
Rahim said, "It looks like another place… far away."
Karim's eyes widened.
"Another secret?"
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. Another mystery."
Karim smiled with excitement.
"So… our journey is not finished."
Rahim smiled back.
"No. It is just beginning again."
At that moment, a soft voice echoed again.
"Guardians…"
Both boys listened carefully.
"The world holds many secrets."
Karim whispered, "The voice…"
Rahim nodded.
"You have protected one. More are waiting."
The light from the crystal slowly faded.
The map remained on the wall.
Karim looked at it.
"So this is our next journey."
Rahim said, "Yes."
Karim smiled.
"I'm ready."
Rahim said, "Me too."
They both stood side by side.
The room felt different again.
Full of mystery.
Full of possibility.
Karim said, "Do you remember how all this started?"
Rahim laughed softly.
"Yes. With a simple stone."
Karim said, "And now… we are protecting something much bigger."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. And we will continue."
They packed their things again.
Not because they had to.
But because they wanted to.
Adventure was now part of their lives.
Before leaving, Rahim looked back at the room.
The crystal glowed softly in his hand.
"This is just the beginning," he said.
Karim smiled.
"Let's go, guardian."
Rahim laughed.
"Let's go."
They stepped out of the house.
The sun was rising.
A new journey was waiting for them.
And somewhere far away—
Another mystery was calling . The End… or a New Beginning? ✨
