Well for Lucas,my advice is to stop him from seeing is older brother as competition because he would lose and badly at that.
Even though he has a core and Dante has none.
Even if the boy has three elemental affinity or for whatever reason he developes two core he would still lose to his brother at every age comparison you put them against each other.
