Shibou finished the warm-up exercise at 5 minutes, 36.31 seconds. She decided to take a 3-minute break before moving on to the chest exercise. She would set up a timer that would end and ring on the Apple Clock Application.
For right now, she would lie on the fake football field at her local gym to rest. She was considering which chest machine she could use.
Feeling impatient, she wanted to get up after two minutes of rest and go to the next exercise. The Goblin announced that she would face consequences if she didn't do as the system and the clock application instructed. With that warning, she listened to the Goblin and the system.
After seeing the timer end, she went to find the chest press machine. Thankfully, she found a free Smith machine for her to do chest presses and squats. She took some weighted plates and placed them on the Smith machine. In total, the Smith machine bar should weigh 70 pounds.
