Shibou had decided to replace the Smith machine weights used for Chest Press exercises to make it ready for squat exercises. She pushed the bench outside the Smith machine's range so she wouldn't bump into it while doing her squats.
She decided to take a two-minute break before starting her fifth situation. The total weight of the Smith machine bar should be roughly 60 pounds.

She felt like her thighs were dying this time after doing the final set of squats. She was happy that she was done with the fourth situation and could move on to the fifth situation. Before proceeding to the next situation, she needed her three minute break first.
