Lura's New Clothes
Leo walked a bit forward ahead of Lura and realized she was dragging a bit behind him, "Lura hurry up" he called out to her.
She picked up some speed and scampered next to him with a slight smirk on her face, his lewd demeanor was noticeable but at the same time she noticed he actually cared for her.
They were off to the old mans shop again and Leo was hesitant to take her there for armor considering his last interaction with him didn't go exactly as planned but hoped this time it would be a bit different. As they approached the shop they noticed some adventurers coming out that just got new weapons and armor, they were shining in the light with gleams of silver and accents of gold. They were an S class party that just got back from a great adventure deep into the dungeons of Almath Peaks, they were bragging about their loot and accomplishments passing by Leo and Lura.
They paid zero attention to him as they passed by, it was not out of the fact they didn't really care but more so they didn't even notice him and Lura coming in. Leo was amazed at how they could afford the armor and weapons they purchased, in his mind that is what he wanted to be but more and he set a mental note to one day be able to accomplish this feat.
Leo opened the door and let Lura go in first, He gestured to the old man at the desk that he was here for her and not him this time hoping that would lower the old mans attitude. "Ok Lura lets get you some new clothes a possibly some armor if this old man isn't stingy today" Leo said with a bit of attitude.
"Ohhhh your back you cheap little runt" The old man let out with a cocky demeanor towards Leo's words
"Im not over paying for rusted swords and armor!"
"my wares aren't rusty! you just don't know value when you see it!" the old man rejected his comment with a scough
Leo smirked at these words the old man let out and pointed his arm at Lura, "Oh I know value, just look at this prime slave I got. She is worth a lot more then the items in this store you old coot"
The old mans face turned sour knowing that a slave was actually worth more then even he could afford and then he had the bright idea of only offering low tier armor to Leo, "well all I have for you is leather armor, its in the bin to left of the room. Any 2 pieces will cost 1 silver, mix and match as you please"
Leo was not happy with how he offered the armor bin to him but he wasn't picky at the moment, he just needed something to cover up Lura and get her out of the damn bathrobe she's been parading around in. "Pick out what you want to wear Lura, I will pay for it"
Lura's face perked up with excitement hearing this, slaves weren't offered to pick their own clothes let alone someone actually purchase the wares for them.
Leo's lewd attitude while watching her rummage through the clothes bin was like gawking at a female cat who was playing with a yarn ball. Seeing her happy made him happy and he knew he could easily take care of her for the simple things but also had a notion that things world be getting harder as they progress further ahead.
Lura's front torso popped up out of the bin with a 2 piece leather outfit that had straps and cloth sewn into the underneath part. She let out a slight Purr with happiness of her find.
The old man instantly noticed the cloth sewn in and tried to say its was 2 silver but before he could say anything Leo tossed over 1 silver coin and grabbed Lura's hand to walk out the door. This made the old man mad but there was nothing he could do once the trade had been made and he did say anything in the bin was 1 silver for a set.
Now that Leo had gotten new clothes for Lura they set off to the guild to assess her level and skills, but before that he needed to get her changed into the new outfit and get these glares off her because she's prancing in the streets with a bathrobe on... seeing her like this made him happy but super embarrassed...
Once they arrived at the guild Leo boosted open the front door and aleveryone turned to stare at the commotion, he quickly scooped up Lura and ran with her over to the bathroom and tossed her in there to get dressed. As he stood outside the door he leaned against it with both his hands and panted for a second to catch his breathe.
He could feel all the eyes of the guild wondering what just happened before their very eyes, and he slowly shifted his gaze to look around but truly didn't care as all he needed was for Lura to get dressed and they could form a party after her assessment.
She knocked on the door after a couple min that he was still leaning on and he immediately realized he was blocking her in and let off his weight. "My bad I forgot to get off the door"
"Its ok Master, but im all done now take a look" she said as she's spun around in her new attire.
Leo leaned back and check marked made in his right hand he placed it on his chin and smirked as he looked her up and down, "looks nice" he said in a pervy tone
This made Lura embarrassed and she tried to cover herself slightly but there wasn't much considering it was cheap armor...but truly she almost like his gaze upon her as she new he was lewd but wouldn't take advantage of her at this point.
After the moment of lewdness left the air they walked over to the guild desk and asked the attendant to start her assessment, Leo was truly excited for what her skills had and the new confirmed party member under the guild.
