A dark knight shot out from the black smoke. His armor looked like feathers. His helmet had bird-shape with a long beak in the front.
He turned into a blur line that went through the body of the giant Terror.
Then he did it again, many times. The knight shot through the Terror, leaving only blurry lines of his after images behind. More and more cuts appeared on the Terror.
It growled in pain. The Terror reached out its long arm, trying to catch the knight. But that only caused its arm to explode into a million pieces.
"Holy…" Arthur caught everything in his phone. It was so unbelievable even with his own two eyes.
In Carter, Arthur saw the future. The future of humans finally conquered the Terrors and could walk around at night. A future for humanity.
The Terror landed on the ground. Its body twitched.
Carter approached its head and looked it in its eyes.
"Hunter…" The Wolfman mumbled.
Carter nodded, "I am. And I've returned to kill you all."
With one blinding-speed swing, he decapitated the Terror.

Carter turned over to Arthur. The man trembled in fear and dropped his phone.
"I… I…" Arthur couldn't get a word out.
Carter was on their side, true. But every man would be scared if they're facing Carter right now.
Carter walked over to Arthur. The man stumbled backwards and fell on his butt.
"Please don't kill me!" Arthur covered his face in response.
Carter picked up the phone and gave it to Arthur. His feathered armor disappeared and he returned back to the white swordsman.
Carter smiled gently, "Why would I kill you?"
Arthur widened his eyes in surprise. He got the phone back from Carter. Arthur was afraid that maybe Carter was angry about him recording the fight.
"Tell the others to guard the entrance. I will cleanse these Terrors to make sure they won't resurrect."
Arthur nodded. He turned away and walked. But he froze mid-step.
Arthur scratched his head apologetically.
"I'm sorry, sir. But I have to tell you. I just recorded your fight."
Arthur got back to Carter and showed him the video. "I don't know if you want to keep everything a secret… I'll delete it if you want me to!"
Carter chuckled. He patted the young man's head. "You remind me of my brother. We aren't tied by blood, of course. He's just one of the candidates to be the Eldritch Knight."
"Do I look like him, sir?"
"No. But your honesty reminds me of him. I miss him dearly."
"Why? What happened, sir?"
"He died. The process of becoming an Eldritch Knight is not kind. What's your name, boy?"
"Arthur!"
"Pleasure to meet you, Arthur. I am Zeneros Blackburn, the 108th wielder of the Prisoner, the current holder of the title Raven Knight."
Carter turned off the video and gave it back to Arthur, "Go."
"Yes, sir!" Arthur nodded and dashed away, completely oblivious of the smile Carter had.
'Oh, I know you recorded, Arthur. I noticed it from the first moment you crawled into the room. But how can the legend of the Eldritch Knight be raised if no one has any evidence about it? Be a good boy and spread my legend…"
Once Arthur and the men were gone, Carter returned to the room and collected the skin shard.

His face, or rather, her face was disfigured. It was the most horrific scene that any human could see. If it wasn't for True Psychopathy, Carter would probably have been scared shitless.
His eyes darted over to the corpse of a woman on the ground.
