Prophet Nuh (AS) continued his mission with patience and determination. For many years, he called his people to worship only one God, Allah. He spoke to them kindly, reminding them of the blessings they had and warning them about the consequences of disbelief. He preached to them during the day and at night, both publicly and privately, hoping that they would understand the truth.
However, most of his people refused to listen. The leaders of the community were arrogant and proud. They mocked Nuh (AS) and said, "You are nothing but a man like us. Why should we follow you?" They also tried to mislead others, especially the weak and poor, by telling them not to believe in his message.
Despite the rejection, Nuh (AS) did not give up. He remained patient and continued دعوت (calling people to Allah). But as time passed, it became clear that only a few people would accept the truth. Feeling deeply saddened, Nuh (AS) turned to Allah and prayed sincerely. He said, "My Lord, I have called my people day and night, but they have only increased in denial."
Then Allah revealed to Nuh (AS) that no more people from his nation would believe except those who had already accepted the message. Allah also informed him that a great punishment was coming for the disbelievers. At this moment, Allah commanded Nuh (AS) to build a العظيم ark (a large ship) under His guidance and protection.
Nuh (AS) immediately began building the ark. He gathered wood, shaped it into planks, and worked tirelessly. This task was unusual because there was no sea or river nearby. When the people saw him building a huge ship on dry land, they laughed and mocked him even more.
They would say, "O Nuh, have you become a carpenter now? Why are you building a ship here in the middle of nowhere?" Their laughter and insults did not stop him. With calmness and faith, Nuh (AS) replied, "If you laugh at us today, soon we will see who will be punished and who will be saved."
As the ark grew bigger day by day, the believers stood by Nuh (AS) with strong faith. They trusted Allah and followed His command without doubt. Nuh (AS) also prepared them for what was about to come, reminding them to remain patient and steadfast.
Finally, the ark was completed. It stood as a sign of Allah's mercy for the believers and a warning for those who rejected the truth. The skies and the earth were now ready for a great event that would change everything.
Very soon, the promise of Allah would begin to unfold…
🌊 নূহ (আঃ)-এর কাহিনী – দ্বিতীয় পর্ব
Title: সতর্কবার্তা ও কিশতির নির্মাণ
নূহ (আঃ) দীর্ঘদিন ধরে তার জাতিকে এক আল্লাহর পথে আহ্বান করতে থাকেন। তিনি মানুষদের বলতেন, "তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় করো এবং শুধু তাঁরই ইবাদত করো।" তিনি দিন-রাত, প্রকাশ্যে ও গোপনে দাওয়াত দিতে থাকেন। কিন্তু তার জাতির অধিকাংশ মানুষ সত্যকে অস্বীকার করে।
তাদের নেতারা সাধারণ মানুষদের বিভ্রান্ত করতো। তারা বলতো, "নূহ তো তোমাদের মতোই একজন মানুষ, সে তোমাদের ওপর প্রাধান্য করতে চায়।" ফলে অনেকেই নূহ (আঃ)-এর কথা শুনতে চাইতো না। বরং তারা তাকে নিয়ে উপহাস করতো এবং যারা ঈমান এনেছে তাদের দুর্বল ও তুচ্ছ মনে করতো।
এভাবে বহু বছর কেটে গেল। নূহ (আঃ) ক্লান্ত হননি, কিন্তু তিনি দুঃখ পেতেন যে তার জাতি সত্যকে গ্রহণ করছে না। তখন তিনি আল্লাহর কাছে আরজি করেন, "হে আমার রব, আমি আমার জাতিকে বারবার ডেকেছি, কিন্তু তারা আরও বেশি দূরে সরে গেছে।"
অবশেষে আল্লাহ তাআলা নূহ (আঃ)-কে জানালেন যে, এখন আর কেউ নতুন করে ঈমান আনবে না। তখন আল্লাহ তাকে একটি বিশাল কিশতি (নৌকা) বানানোর নির্দেশ দিলেন। এই কিশতি হবে মুমিনদের রক্ষা করার জন্য।
নূহ (আঃ) আল্লাহর নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী কিশতি তৈরি করতে শুরু করেন। তিনি কাঠ জোগাড় করেন, কাঠ কেটে বড় বড় তক্তা বানান এবং ধীরে ধীরে একটি বিশাল নৌকা তৈরি করতে থাকেন। কিন্তু তার জাতির লোকেরা যখন তাকে এই কাজ করতে দেখতো, তখন তারা তাকে নিয়ে হাসাহাসি করতো।
তারা বলতো, "হে নূহ! তুমি কি নবুওত ছেড়ে এখন কাঠমিস্ত্রি হয়ে গেছো? এই শুকনো জায়গায় নৌকা বানিয়ে তুমি কী করবে?" তারা বুঝতে পারছিল না যে সামনে এক ভয়ংকর শাস্তি আসছে।
নূহ (আঃ) ধৈর্য ধরে তাদের কথার জবাব দিতেন। তিনি বলতেন, "আজ তোমরা আমাদের নিয়ে হাসছো, কিন্তু শিগগিরই তোমরা জানতে পারবে কার ওপর শাস্তি নেমে আসে।" তার কণ্ঠে ছিল সতর্কবার্তা, কিন্তু মানুষ তা গুরুত্ব দেয়নি।
এদিকে কিশতির কাজ প্রায় শেষের দিকে। আল্লাহর নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী নূহ (আঃ) বিশ্বাসীদের প্রস্তুত থাকতে বলেন। তিনি জানতেন, খুব শীঘ্রই আল্লাহর প্রতিশ্রুত ঘটনা ঘটবে।
এইভাবে কিশতি তৈরি সম্পন্ন হলো, আর আকাশ ও জমিন যেন অপেক্ষা করছিল সেই মহা দিনের জন্য—যেদিন সত্য ও মিথ্যার পার্থক্য স্পষ্ট হয়ে যাবে।
