Captain issac eyes wavered for a moment before asking him what he remembered. Damon told him everything he could remember including the descriptions of Mr. Grimm and Chum. Although Chum's description was the exact match of Jack holster, the man that rescued them, it meant nothing.
"Look, im truly sorry, I am, but the city head has decided. I have a job to do which are orders I must follow so here. Take this bag, you'll be escorted out soon. Oh and please dont make trouble for the town, some people are itching to get rid of you and if you do, you'll find yourself in one of these cells again, and not for safety reasons either." Captain issac said after throwing him a large carry bag.
Damon's breath felt short all of a sudden, his breathing turned shallow and his heart rate shot up almost instantly. Leaning against the wall holding his chest, fear drilled into him like a screw into thick wood. He couldn't believe what was happening, he didn't know what to do, his eyes began twitching becoming heavy with anxiety.
The next second he felt his body lose its balance as his knees became too weak to stand. While breathing heavily, guards ran to his aid.
"He's having a panic attack, give him some room. Breath kid, breath....come on, its not real, the stress isn't real, fight it and get out of your head." The guard said as Damon eyes closed.

"All have been captured, but two. That boy who can create rain and another with a skin disease correct ?" Asked Mr. Grimm who was sitting in a lush green garden under a large white gazebo with red trim.
"Yes sir, those were the only two who weren't in place after we discovered their locations. We didn't want to stay any longer than we needed." Responded a muscular man in dark attire, his Grey long hair moved slightly with a steady breeze that flowed through. Beside him was the same orange dog like beast confined by the large chains that wrapped around the man's arm.
Mr. Grimm took another sip of his tea before speaking again.
"I guess that will have to do, we dont want to draw anymore attention than we already have. I was interested in seeing how that rain boy developed, but we shall let him be. His ability was interesting, but inferior to so many others. I really only wanted him for Knox's sake, he seemed to really like that boy as a friend."
"The second boy was an extra that we snagged a while back. He wasn't the intended target, just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time so its not really a loss." Mr. Grimm said tending to the small vines that coiled around the pillars of the gazebo. He was snipping the small excess vines while leaving the stronger ones.
"You've done well Hail, fetch Knox for me before taking your leave, your payment will be waiting at the gate."
"Yes, and thank you sir."
"Oh and Hail, please remember that the business you do for me is not to be shared, not a single word. I wouldn't want to lose such a promising individual like yourself, or those beautiful kids you have." Mr. Grimm added.
Hail stopped in his tracks, his hands naturally balled up into fists hearing the gesturing threat, but he quickly calmed himself before answering.
"Of course Mr. Grimm, I would never betray your generosity of helping me feed my family." He said thoughtfully before continuing out of the massive garden that had multiple pathways made out of white and red marble stone.

Waking up with a dry mouth, Damon rubbed his head gently while moaning in discomfort.
Looking around, he dragged himself to a nearby wall positioning his head against it with swelling eyes.
They had thrown him out into an alley like trash. Thrown a 10 year old kid out to defend for himself.
Damon was still having a hard time processing everything, it was still unbelievable to him, he knew the world was cruel, but he never thought he'd be in such a situation. After a few hours of sulking he had made a decision. He was leaving Capetown, if they didn't want him there, it was no reason for him to stay. He'd rather take his chances out in the world, out in the forest and harsh environments the world had to offer.
Picking up the bag which he rumbled through first. He saw it contained a large sleeping bag, a small portable burning stove and a tent with a few thin sheets along with two pairs of pants, shirts, socks and some boots. Hidden in a small flap inside the bag was two pounds of dried meats. For the bag to have so many things, it wasn't heavy at all.
"It must be enchanted, its weight and inside space has been manipulated. This is the types of bags used in the old wars before dimensional space was discovered." He thought.
Stepping out of the alley, Damon was immediately met with heavy foot traffic. Many people were out, mostly shop owners with tables and tents set up. They were the small businesses owners. The heavy hitters that owned businesses were in real buildings and shops.
Damon ignored everyone, but payed attention to his surroundings. Looking at the huge wall that surrounded the city. He spun around looking for the highest points of the wall or signs that would tell him which way he could go to find an exit. Unfortunately there was no clear signs for directions, not that he could tell.
After asking a shop owner who harshly explained to him the way to the main gate, Damon carried on making sure to move away from large crowds and maneuvering around patrolling guards. Just seeing the blue and white guard uniforms sickend him to his core.
Luckily it was still pretty early in the day as it took a few hours to get to his destination on foot.
"Captain issac said you may try to leave, sorry kid but you're not old enough to go beyond these walls, nore do you have permission, so turn back and find a rock to crawl under." A large guard standing around 6 foot 5 said. Unlike the guards around the city, the ones stationed at the gate had full body armor made from different kinds of alloy and precious metals.
"The hell i can't, what difference does it make. I can die on the street inside these fucking walls just as I can outside of them. Just let me through. " Damon yelled out in anger drawing attention from the other guards and travelers leaving and arriving.
"Tsk, I dont make the orders you loud mouth punk. If it was up to me your ass could go out there and get eaten for all I care. We have orders to follow and thats that, now get the hell out of here before I have you arrested."
"Those people who were murdered in cold blood was nice hard working people and didn't deserve that. If I could, id hang you by your neck in the center of town."
Damon eyes shivered for a second hearing the mans words, but deep wrinkles formed on his forehead the next moment.
"I had nothing to do with that, im just a kid. If anyone is to be blamed its you, how the hell could people enter this city, kill a bunch of families and get out with multiple kids without no one noticing until it was too late. Guard of the city my ass." Damon shouted back.
The next moment the man was gone, a crushing pressure wrapped around Damon's head as his feet were lifted off the ground. The guard was holding him by the head with an outstretched arm squeezing it.
"I could crush your skull right now ya little bitch and no one would care, not after knowing you're part of the reason all those families died."
Damon gritted his teeth and held in his tongue as he battled the pain. He couldn't see the guards face clearly because of the helmet he had on, but the guard yellow eyes and stink breath told him all he needed to know. In those seconds, Damon had already thought about killing him. It was just a wishful thought in the moment, but he knew if he could, he would without hesitation.
"Enough Azel, let the boy go." A familiar voice spoke from a distance.
Damon was dropped immediately and the man retreated back to his post near the huge doors.
"Captain Issac, its just like you said, the brat was trying to leave." The man named Azel spoke quickly.
Before Captain Issac could respond, their attention was drawn to a partial black out of the sun which happened suddenly. Clouds formed and heavy rain began to fall within seconds. The next moment Damon was leaping in the air like a flying monkey and had firmly wrapped his body around the large man neck and shoulders.
"Get off, get off you little shit."
"Ahhh." The man yelled before pulling and slinging Damon away. Damon's body hit the ground with force making it bounce like he was on a trampoline.
"The little shit bit me. Damn it, he's an animal. " Azel shouted.
Damon wasn't done, but before he could get up completely, captain issac appeared in his path. With a light hit to the back of his neck, Damon's vision wavered and turned black.
Waking up some time later, he was back in a random alley with his bag which now had a piece of paper attached to it.
"Im giving you this one time, i didn't arrest you because of your situation, however after today any mishaps or actions resulting in the smallest of crimes, I will take action. By the way, knowing you was an early awakened could have been beneficial if you told me before all of this took place. Interesting ability you have to say the least. Once you're seventeen, you may leave. Oh, on the back is a small map of the city with directions to every shelter in case of a beast wave. Do yourself a favor and stay near one of them at all times."
