There was one thing that Rei hated the most. Classes that take a lot of time with a bunch of lectures without any important things which basically is just a filler. Then random fights that end up meaningless all because of ranking.
"Is that all you got? Come on! Keep up!" The short girl who had orange brown hair said as the scythe on her hand immediately liquefy before turning into a pair of daggers.
Rei immediately copied the prowess before him as he manifested the same pair of daggers although his variation was dull and way weaker than the girl before him.

45 minutes earlier…
Rei was looking for the classroom for the Assault Division Class as he was already walking through the long corridor when he stumbled against a short girl who was shorter than his best friend. "Holy shxt… I did not see her… Sylvie kept on reminding me about it since I'm tall…" he muttered to himself before offering his hand to the girl he bumped into.
"Sorry. Are you alright?" Rei asked as he picked up the orange haired girl in front of him. "Yeah! I'm a bit clumsy! Sorry." the Japanese girl said as she patted her clothes which made the male see her in a different light.
"She looks cute… Her eyes are similar to Sylvie…" He thought to himself before pushing the thoughts away. "I see. Do you know where the classroom for the Assault Division is?" He asked as the orange brown hair girl nodded her head.
"Yup! I'll take you there in gratitude for helping me!" She said with a cute voice which made the guy blush although he didn't have anything in his mind before following her. "Jeez… Are Japanese girls like this or is Hinata just the only one different from the ones that I had met in my life?" Rei questioned himself before he noticed the way the orange hair girl was taking a glance at him in every moment she tiptoed in the long hallway.
Rei blushed, not knowing what to do since he wasn't used to something like this except for Sylvie's teasing which was something he got used to. "She sure is lively…" he commented to himself before being caught off guard when something sharp had grazed his cheek.
"What the hell?" He held his cheek before retreating away from the girl the moment his prowess had sensed a spiritual energy emitting from her. The girl had an insane look as she licked what seemed to be his blood on the short dagger that she was holding.
"Tasty ~" Her emerald green eyes glowing bright while she had an aura of the same color of her eyes.
Rei immediately activates his prowess to increase his overall stats while trying to understand the latter's prowess, watching how her spiritual energy is flowing although his concentration would immediately be broken due to the short girl almost appearing in front of him.
"She's fast!" He blocked her kick that was aimed for his head which made him groan from the power it held. "And she's strong too!" Rei commented to himself before dodging the next rapid strikes of the dagger.
The girl was laughing as there were some nicks of his clothes and skin being cut by her daggers. "You're amazing! More!" She said in a crazed state as Rei felt the amount of bloodlust emitting from her. "Where's the staff!!!" Rei thought to himself before barely dodging the dagger which had somehow turned into a scythe which cut off a small piece of his hair at the front.
"Wait? How did she get a scythe?!" He questioned himself before blocking her kick as he returned a punch which was blocked almost simultaneously as he had to avoid getting stabbed by the blade of the scythe.
Rei's eye widened when the scythe immediately liquefy before turning into a pair of daggers which he now realised why her weapons were red. "What the hell? IS THAT BLOOD?!" He thought to himself before copying the prowess before him.
The heavy toll of the prowess immediately made him feel fear. There were so many things processing in his head except for one thing. The short orange-haired girl in front of him was slightly more powerful than him by at least 0.5.
"I just gotta try surviving for a long time until someone can report this…" Rei thought to himself before forming a pair of daggers which were slightly different due to having less serrated edges and shorter blades.

Eunji was angry with how long she had been waiting for her best friend since the short girl had supposedly gone out to take a leak at the bathroom. The reason why she was also mad was due to waiting for the new member of their division which was Rei.
"How in god's name… Is he late when he could ask people to tell him where the goddamn classroom is!" She gritted through her teeth before looking over to the paperwork she had just finished signing and taken care of. "Well… At least that's one down… I just had to show the ropes to the newbie if HE WAS HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!" Eunji stated before her prowess had sensed a shift of spiritual energy which she immediately recognised.
A shade of emerald green and a shade of red. Her best friend and Rei Nishimura engage in what seemed to be a fight. "Oh for fxck sake!" She muttered under her breath before leaving the room, not before locking it behind her. Her eyes immediately glowing as she made her way onto the fight in the long hallway.

Rei was already struggling as he was close to losing against the crazy girl in front of him if it weren't for a familiar powerful aura that he felt from the passive ability of his prowess. "Eunji?! Thank god…" he uttered under his breath before focusing on surviving instead.
The moment the scythe was close to his eyes, the orange brown hair girl immediately deactivated her prowess which made the weapon disappear out of nowhere before she struck him right in the guts with her fists.
"Fuck…" Rei gasped for air as he was pushed back before the girl before him tried to strike him down with her reformed dagger if it weren't for a familiar strawberry blonde appearing to stop her. "Thank god…" he uttered before he saw how terrified the girl looked.
"H-Hey there… Eunji…" she said in a shaky voice while Eunji immediately looked over at him which made him shudder. "Where were you during 1 hour and 56 minutes ago?" Eunji asked as Rei immediately responded out of fear, "I was walking down the hallway over here… Looking for the classroom before this crazy girl tricked me first by moving a little bit back to take me to the venue before she started attacking me out of nowhere."
Eunji turned around slowly, her expression making the orange-haired girl shriek and shudder. "I can explain-" she couldn't dare to finish her sentence when a pair of glowing aqua blue eyes started into her. "Rinka. ~" She says in a playful tone with a hint of rage in it.
"Fxck…" Rinka thought to herself before facing the fury of her best friend.

"Sorry for being late…" Rei apologised for the third time while Eunji had dismissed his apology as she was busy lecturing Rinka with her wild antics and attitude. "It's fine. I just have to keep on lecturing this bloodthirsty brat…" Eunji uttered not before slamming a rolled paper onto Rinka's head for the fourth time.
"How many times do I have to tell you! To focus on our important work and not fights!" Eunji shouted at Rinka who looked to be guilty while looking away in a different direction.
"Anyways… You better finish your paperwork before the end of our shift. I'll just have to give a quick briefing and introduction to our newbie who'll be joining the two of us." She said before putting the stack of paperwork for Rinka to finish.
Rinka frowned and rolled her eyes before taking a blood bag out of the drawer as she drank on it after biting it with her fangs. "Mhm…" she hummed as she started signing some of the papers on her desk.
Meanwhile, Rei had followed Eunji around the place which appeared to be a replica of a work office. He had noted the things he had to do such as paperwork and investigating things that the class has been assigned with or when found something interesting from the requests of the report.
Although, he had to do some practice first prior to Eunji's recommendation since he needed some experience first before being able to stand next to the two. "How hard could it be?" Rei thought to himself as he grabbed the supposedly guide book and practice materials for his work.
