The next class after practical skills was spell theory. The type of spells we were discussing were commonly referred to as summoning magic. However that is incorrect it's more constructing an entity out of psions that interacts with the world around it. Huh that basically how Sakura made her body, however her spell is almost certainly infinitely more complex. I vaguely remember this magic being shown in the Yokohama incident arc. I don't think I it was ever addressed again, and the closest thing tangentially would be mikihikos spirit magic. I noticed that almost everyone in the class was now afraid of me…again.
'Well atleast they came to that decision themselves and not because I'm a Yotusba clan member. Not everyone hate me in class though so it's fine.' I thought idly
the magic was interesting, but they did go over the fact that unless you had a large amount of psions. It's not a good choice for combat. It is however still useful for things like small familiars for spying. We also briefly touched on why necromancy was banned beside the desecration of corpses. The answer unlimited scuicide bombers with no moral delima attached.
Time passed and eventually it was time for lunch. Walked over and kissed me on th cheek before she ran off. Honoka blushed at the PDA. If this was my old world some meme involving a certain french saint saying "What sluttery is this!" would fit her thought process. After all despite this being the future comparitivly. Most people were extremely reserved about these sorts of things before marriage.
"Welp, it's time. Let's go meet the student council Sakura." I said while grabbing my bento. I knew were this was likely to go, but I was uncertain if it would. As we were leaving I noticed Chairwoman Watanabe standing by the doorway.
"Oh Ryu, I assume your heading to the student council now right?" She asked
"Yes, I am. This is Sakura by the way. She's a childhood friend. I invited her to have lunch today with Kuro and I. However Mayumi asked me to come to the council office during lunch. Kuro didn't want to go, and Sakura insisted on eating lunch together so I invited her to come with me." I said I was lying partially but the result was the same.
"Well follow me I was actually heading here to grab you to anyway.." She said as she started leading us to the council room.
The walk to the student council was uneventful Sakura was surprisingly quiet. It was honestly unsettling. Chairwoman Watanabe had said that dyed hair was against school regulations. However sakura just explained her hair was naturally that color. Which greatly confused the Morals Committee Chairwoman. So now we were walking in silence Sakura looking smug and Mari stealing confused glances at her hair.
"Ah, here we are the student council room." Said Chairwoman Watanabe as she opened the door and we all walked in
I took in the appearance of the room and everyone in it. There were two other people besides Mayumi. A short girl with orange hair I believe she was a second year, but that's all I could remember. The other was Mayumi's friend and fellow council member, I remember even less about her just that she was smart and Mayumi called her Rin-Chan. As in the anime and novel Vice President Hanzo wasn't here. I vaguely recall him being busy with something but it was never stated what.
"Your here! Welcome Ryu. And you must be the late admissions student, Sakura Tohsaka. May I call you Sakura-Chan?" Said Mayumi
It was this moment I knew Mayumi had just gained Sakura's attention. I will now pray for her soul.
"Yes! Please do Yumi-Chan! Ryu is so mean and refuse to call me that like he used to." Said Sakura throwing me under the bus using her made up backstory as an excuse.
Mayumi was noticeably flustered by Sakura's response.
'Ah right all attack no defense forgot about that.' I thought.
"Y-yes that's fine." She said stuttering slightly.
'I guess the nickname flustered her so much she didn't seem to hear Sakura throwing me under the bus.' I observed
"Well *ehem* let me introduce you all two the student council" she said guiding us to have a seat at the table in the room with the others. Mari had already sat down and pulled out her lunch. We did the same.
"Now with that out of the way as you both know I'm the student council president Mayumi saegusa." She said posing with her hands on her hips.
She then gestured to the girl the taller of the two girls "This is our treasure Suzune Ichihara, A.K.A Rin." She said
"Actually President your the only one who calls me Rin." She said correctly her but her tone said she didn't really mind.
"Next to her is Mari Watanabe, the Public Morals Committee Chairwoman. And that's our secretary Azusa Nakajou, or A-Chan." She said as she gestured at Mari and then the short orange haired girl.
"President! I beg of you please don't call me A-Chan infront of the uncerclassmen. I have a reputation to uphold to y'know." She said pouting.
Mayumi didn't respond to her and moved on.
"Plus Hanzo who is serving as our vice president, together the full student council line up for this semester" she said
"Although I'm not a member." Said Mari
There was some banter mostly Sakura making people flustered with nicknames. Eventually we all finished eating and Mayumi spoke up.
"Why don't we get down to business then." Said Mayumi she paused for a moment. Her tone more professional that her earlier teasing one.
"At this school the student council president is duly elected. But all of the other officers are either chosen or dissmissed by the president alone. With few exceptions the president also has the power to appoint or release the chairman of each committee" explainined Mayumi
"One such exception for example would be my own disciplinary committee. We appoint one officer each to the student council, the extracurricular activities federations, and the faculty committee. But the chairman is chosen by an internal election." Said Mari
(changed from public morals committee to disciplinary committee because same thing and less combersome to write)
"Now, in keeping with our school's annual tradition, it is our pleasure to appoint the first year representative to the student council. Ryu, I'd like you to be the one who fulfills that esteemed role. Will you accept the appointment?" asked Mayumi
"Before I give answer I wish to ask my own question." I said
"Go ahead ask away." Said Mayumi
"I've heard the students council is having a hard time finding new members for the disciplinary committee." I said
"That is correct." Said Mayumi
"In that case may I recommend three people if I choose to accept this position?" I asked
"You may recommend them however wether they are willing or acceptable enough to join is another." Said Mari
"That's fine. I accept the position then."
"Yay good for you Ryu-Chan." Said Sakura clapping.
'Damn you for being cute you gremlin.' I thought
"So who did you want to reccomend?" Asked Mari
"I'd like to reccomend my fiancé Kuro Zetsumei, Tatsuya Shiba, and my friend, Sakura Tohsaka, here." I said
"I'm going to assume your not reccomending your fiancé out of favoritism." She said
"She's the really tall girl with wolf ears and tail that constantly clinging to you right?" Asked Ichihara
"Correct and I would never recommend someone I would not think could handle it. I assume you all are aware I'm combat tested, so is Kuro. Although her magic is lethal A rank and rank B at minimum. She could subdue anyone with her sheer physical prowess alone without magic." I said
"In Sakura's case, well in the most polite way possible she's monstrous as a magician" I said Sakura glaring at me before she said
'Although even monstrous is an understatement' I thought to myself
"Hey! What's that mean Ryu-Chan!? I am your cute adorable and sexy childhood friend!" She shouted in indignation as she pouted
The rest of the council was taken aback by her sudden outburst and what she said.
"Yes, yes your very cute." I said while patting her head. Not bothering to argue because I knew I'd lose.
*ehem*
"Alright bring them with you after school. I am suprised you reccomend the course 2 student Tatsuya Shiba though. Do you know him well?" She asked
"No I don't we are neighbors though. As someone whom has seen combat a lot. I've learned how to gauge how strong someone is. Despite being in course two I can tell that Tatsuya is head and shoulders above most of the other first years. Course one included in that judgement." I said my face not betraying my partial lies.
"That's a pretty high compliment coming from the Dragon of Destruction." Teased Mayumi
"President please don't refer to me by either of my military given nicknames." I complained
Everyone giggled at my complaint.
"Well Ryu, Sakura we will see you again after school." Said Mayumi
I nodded as me and Sakura went back to class since lunch was over.

No there's no point and at this rate will hit episode 3 of the anime by chapter 30 I'm not doing that.

Any way sorry can't write the rest of today's chapters it was half done too fucked up my wrist helping parents empty the storage unit and transfer it so I'm going on a hiatus until my wrist isn't screaming at me for every little motion
