The mine was established after the discovery of a strange mineral:
Veirstone — a dark iron alloy threaded with faint ember-light.
Properties of Veirstone:
- Conducts Aether without fracturing
- Strengthens when exposed to controlled heat
- Resonates faintly in proximity to Rift distortions
- Cannot be shaped unless heated by mountain-core flame
Weapons forged from Veirstone do not glow.
They hum.
