Chapter 5 - The CEO’s Obsession

Third person's POV

"Ugh… Damian…" Sierra moaned when she felt that she was about to come again.

He tightened his grip on her legs, supporting it as he lifted it while watching how his big thrust went inside of her.

"Sierra… Moan more for me, please…" He begged. Now he's looking at her with his fill of desires and sadness.

Sierra held his hands and pulled it towards her. She hugged him tightly as he kept thrusting on her even harder and deeper. She moaned in his ears while she kept welcoming him every time he entered her.

"Ugh. Fuck, Sierra!" He huskily said, looking like he was driven wild by what she did.

He moved faster than earlier, pressing himself deeper into Sierra.

"I'm coming, baby." he murmured without even realizing it.

When they both reached the climax, Damian stayed still for a moment while his forehead was resting against Sierra's while they caught their breath.

It's been a week since they met again. They've been making love almost every day.

Damian was worried that Sierra might vanish from him again, so no matter how busy he was as a CEO, he always found a way to see her.

Yet, they never talk about them. He kept looking for her, kept asking for her, only to satisfy the longing he had kept inside.

"Lovey… will you stay tonight?" Sierra asked shyly as she kept waking up in the morning without Damian beside her.

They're currently staying in Damian's condo every time they meet. Like how they secretly met up before, they are still secretly meeting up until now.

For Damian, it was a way to reclaim what he lost after she had left.

For Sierra, it was a fragile hope for their relationship. So, she accepted their setup even though she's technically his current mistress.

She convinces herself it's okay since their marriage was just for convenience.

"No, we have work tomorrow, remember?" He coldly answers without even glancing at her.

Her chest tightened when she heard him talk to her like that. It was so cold, unlike the man she had been with in bed moments before.

But she just smiled.

"It's fine. Don't tire yourself." Holding a blanket to her chest, she tried to make herself sound cheerful.

Damian stared at her.

He despises how sweet she is knowing she could disappear from him again at any moment. So, he decided not to get attached ever again.

When he finished dressing, he froze in front of the door.

"Good night." He said without looking at her, opened the door, and left her alone.

When Damian left the room, Sierra's tears escaped from her eyes. She let it escape after holding it back. He doesn't want Damian to see her crying.

She doesn't even have time to have a proper talk with Damian because their meetings had always been set up this way.

Sierra sighed loudly in front of the Hover building. She would never meet Damian at the office If Damian didn't ask for her to meet him. She was just another woman with zero chance to see him.

"Sierra, let's go." Nadia called her when she noticed Sierra had stopped walking.

"Okay, team. I have an announcement," team leader Czarina stood in front of everyone trying to capture their attention.

"Since our last project was successful, we will have a milestone celebration. The venue will be at Hover hotel, and we encourage everyone to wear a proper dress code." Czarina said, signaling to the girl standing beside her who was holding a colored paper.

The invitation was distributed to everyone on their team.

"That's your invitation ticket. If you lose it, you won't get a chance to enter the venue. I swear." Czarina seriously said while looking at them all straight in the eyes like she was giving them a warning not to lose it.

"Hey Sierra, are you coming?" Sierra turned her eyes to someone beside her.

"Oh! It was you, Jules. Of course. My sister loves parties." she replied, laughing with him.

"We really didn't know you were sisters. You're so different." he chuckled, trying to build a conversation with Sierra.

"Well, I think it's a good thing. We both fill each other's shortcomings." She looked at Nadia who seemed already excited about the party, talking with their colleague.

She was unaware that Julian's gaze lingered, studying her face carefully, trying to get familiar with her.

Damian walked towards their team to check for something they need for the next project.

He noticed Sierra smiling, seemingly content, and he allowed himself a small smile. She really is Sierra. He's really looking at Sierra.

His eyes darkened when he noticed Julian quietly staring at her. He clenched his fist thinking she might be flirting after they had shared a bed just the night before.

"Mr. CEO!" his secretary called, snapping him back to attention.

He looked at him in rage that made his secretary step back, yet he managed to deliver the message.

"Everyone's waiting for you…" he nervously said, his head bowing and finger pointing straight ahead.

Damian shook himself back to his senses and started walking forward again.

"Good morning, Mr. CEO." Everyone greeted him.

Damian scanned the crowd before his eyes landed on Sierra who's currently looking at him now.

Her eyes looked at him the way she usually looked at him before. That made Damian somewhat calmed down even just a little.

"Good morning." He greeted them back and paused.

He adjusted his posture and loosened his necktie.

"I just want to personally thank everyone for their effort and support. All of you did an excellent job. I hope you all enjoy the little party I've arranged."

Everyone applauded and thanked him genuinely.

"Ms. Delacroix." The little chat stopped and everyone looked directly at Sierra.

Sierra looked at Damian, puzzled.

"Come to my office. I have something important to tell you."

Damian turned around and left, without waiting for a response.

Confused, Sierra glanced at her teammates.

"Fighting!" She saw Nadia's mouth encouragingly to her without making a sound.

She didn't have any choice but to walk and follow Damian and his secretary.

When they reached his office, she saw his secretary waiting for her.

He opened the door for her and bowed. Sierra shyly returned the gesture, she didn't know what was happening.

When she entered Damian's office, she saw him focused on his laptop.

"Come here." Damian suddenly spoke without looking at her.

Sierra slowly walked towards the chair in front of Damian's table. She was about to sit there when Damian spoke again.

"Come here." He repeated. He was still looking at his screen.

Sierra was so confused about what Damian really meant. She stopped herself from sitting and stood up straight and impatiently walked beside Damian.

She looked at him, annoyed.

This time, Damian looked at her. He grinned when he saw Sierra's frustrated look.

He took Sierra's hand and made her sit on his lap.

Sierra gasps. She even nearly shouted because of the shock.

"What the hell, Damian?" She was irritated but in a weak tone. Afraid someone might hear her.

"What the hell, Sierra?" He repeated what she said. Trying to annoy her even more.

She was about to stand up when Damian pulled her back again in his lap.

"What's your problem?" Sierra asks, still whispering.

"Why are you flirting with other guys?" His tone shifted from sarcastic to solemn.

Sierra's forehead furrowed.

"I'm not?" She was kind of confused. Unsure of what she should answer.

She doesn't even know when she flirted with anyone since she's focused on getting him back.

"Yes, you are," he insisted, recalling what he had seen earlier.

"Then, I think you're imagining things, Damian. I have never flirted with anyone since we dated," she said firmly, looking directly into his eyes.

"Prove it," he challenged.

"Marry me,"
