After a while, she nodded and then turned to look behind her. Slowly, the girl, who looked nothing more than five, walked to the pile of planks and then lifted them over her head easily. 


I instinctively sat forward, my elbows resting on my thighs. "Are those planks real?" 


Even if I had doubted the authenticity of the plank, the video soon changed to show the girl in a gym, carrying weights that even I would struggle with after two sets.
