Rahim and Karim were standing near the big stone. Both of them were looking at the small hole in the ground.
A soft light was coming from inside the hole.
Rahim felt very curious. At the same time, he felt a little scared.
"What could be inside the hole?" Karim asked quietly.
Rahim said, "I don't know. But we should try to see it."
The light was still shining from inside. It was not very bright, but it was clearly visible.
Rahim slowly bent down and tried to look inside the hole.
But the hole was very dark.
"I can't see anything clearly," Rahim said.
Karim looked around the garden.
Suddenly he remembered something.
"Wait here," Karim said.
He quickly ran to the house. After a few moments, he came back with a small torch.
Karim turned on the torch and pointed the light inside the hole.
Now they could see a little more.
The hole looked deeper than they thought. It looked like a narrow tunnel going down into the ground.
Both boys looked at each other.
"This is very strange," Karim said.
Rahim nodded slowly.
"Yes. Maybe someone made this hole many years ago."
They continued looking inside the tunnel.
Suddenly Rahim saw something shining inside.
"Karim, look there!" Rahim said with excitement.
Karim pointed the torch in that direction.
There was a small wooden box inside the tunnel.
The box looked very old.
Both boys became very excited.
"A box!" Karim said.
"Maybe there is something important inside it."
Rahim carefully put his hand inside the hole.
The tunnel was not very deep, so he could reach the box.
Slowly and carefully, Rahim pulled the box out of the hole.
Both boys looked at the box with great curiosity.
The box was small and covered with dust.
It looked like it had been hidden there for many years.
Karim said, "Open it! Let's see what is inside."
Rahim slowly cleaned the dust from the box.
Then he carefully opened it.
Both boys leaned closer to see what was inside.
Inside the box, there was a small golden key.
The key was shining softly.
Rahim picked up the key.
"It looks very old," he said.
Karim looked at the key carefully.
"Why would someone hide a key under a big stone?" he asked.
Rahim did not know the answer.
He looked at the key again.
There were some strange symbols on it.
The boys had never seen those symbols before.
Karim suddenly remembered something.
"Rahim," he said slowly.
"My grandfather once told me a story."
Rahim looked at him.
"What story?" he asked.
Karim said, "My grandfather said that this old house has many secrets."
Rahim listened carefully.
"He also said there is a hidden room somewhere in this house," Karim continued.
Rahim's eyes became wide with surprise.
"A hidden room?" he asked.
Karim nodded.
"Yes. But no one knows where it is."
Rahim looked at the golden key in his hand.
"Maybe this key opens that hidden room," he said.
Karim also thought the same thing.
Both boys felt very excited.
The mystery was becoming bigger.
They looked again at the big stone and the hole.
Someone had hidden the box there many years ago.
But why?
Who had hidden the key?
And where was the secret room?
Rahim said, "We should search the house."
Karim smiled.
"Yes. Maybe we will find the secret door."
Rahim carefully kept the golden key in his pocket.
Both boys started walking toward the house.
They did not know what they would find next.
Maybe treasure.
Maybe an old secret.
Or maybe something dangerous.
But one thing was clear.
Their adventure had just begun.
The mystery of the old stone was slowly opening.
And the golden key was the first clue.
