The second those words left Leo's mouth he almost regretted it immediately... he felt alot of anxiety of what was about to happen next and he knew that he was most likely gonna get the crap beat out of him by this adventurer.
"What you gonna do? You look weaker then her and your gonna tell me what to do little adventurer?"
Leo knew he was about to eat his own words as the adventurer walked up to him and got in his face, but he tried so hard to keep his cool.
"You hear me? I said what you gonna do about it, maybe I should kick the trap out of you instead!"
The adventurer began to punch Leo in the gut and he fell down to his knees with the wind knocked out of him, as he was getting kicked in the stomach just like he watched the demi human get kicked he clenched his hands togerher and wished he could do something

Leo sprung up and shot one good upper cut to the guys chin, he watched as the adventurer flew up and over the building out of the alley way.
"Did I just do that! What kinda activation just gave me these boosts?" Leo said to himself still not realizing how his Failure System works and was amazed at what just happened.
He then walked over to the Demi Human girl who was curled up on the ground in pain from being kicked in gut so many times and he bent down towards her.
"Hey that guy is gone, I got rid of him. Are you able to stand up girl?"
She just kept curled up and took scared to even talk to him, leo in this moment only had one thought and that was to help her and clean up the blood off her from being beaten.
He scooped her up in his arms and decided to take her back to the tavern he was staying at for the night. On the way to the tavern he noticed alot of adventurers on the streets were giving him dirty looks but these looks were not directed at him, instead it was at the filthy demi human he had in his arms.
In this world demi humans were treated as less then real beings and were basically trash to be disposed of.
He approached the taverns doors and kicked them open with a grand type of entrance, he walked passed the bar keep and tossed over one of the wooden plank vouchers on the table and said he would be taking the same room for the night.
He then walked up the stairs to his room and laid her on the bed, took off his gear and went to get a bowl of warm water and a cloth to clean her up. When he got back to room she was up on the bed with her arms wrapped around her legs crying.
She looked at him with worry, "Why did you help me? Humans dont help Demi humans, were just left to die. That's the way of this world..."
He reacted with a smirk and a small chuckle before saying back, "I am Leo, one of the greatest adventurers to be summoned from another planet! How could I let a cute little cat eared girl like you be pushed around, no no no little girl. You will be my first companion in my party and you dont have a choice now!"
She heard his words and what she did next was not what he expected, she laughed and a bit of snot came out of her nose. "You, you are the greatest? But your wearing leather armor haha"
He got flustered and a little annoyed by her reaction, he half expected her to be all like "ohhh adventurer Sana your sooo cool" but instead she laughed at him!?! He knew he had to do something to raise the wierd tension created by that moment and then he remembered the slave crests used in the animes he would watch back in his world and he decided to give it a shot.
He whispered some weird incantation that almost seemed fake but before he knew it the system activated.

He looked at the prompt and immediately said yes in his mind.

The Demi Human girl let out a loud scream and a neon purple crest began to form on her chest, she bit down on her teeth and clenched her hands against the bedding while jerking around. She looked at him with a gaze of hatred in her eyes.
"How dare you use a sacred Slave crest on me you wimp of a human! You couldn't fathom what I have in store you now, im not stuck with you! Your are now bound to me!"
He jumped back and then decided to match her demeanor with just as much of a weirdness he could think of and mustered into the worst possible way.
He raised both his hands and crinkled his fingers in a weird perverted way and said "haha you think im scared! This Slave crest will now allow me to suppress you in all kinds of manners, you are now under my rule and I can do what ever I want with you cute little girl! You best be ready for what i have in store"
Both of them were left a bit flustered and confused on what was going on but now she was bound to him and after the shock of the crest was done the system gave him another notification.

He almost drooled why looking at this prompt knowing he could have an assassin in his party was one of the best things he could hope for, she had the perfect body build for it and thats what he was gonna make her into.
