Arc 3 chapter 36
Albert brought Alex, Kali and Rachel to the entrance of the Ducher family mansion where Alga was waiting for them at the gate.
Albert: yo Alga here's the company.
Alga: you were right, they definitely look weird, but the flow of their aura... They got potential, I can definitely work with this.
Albert: what did I tell ya? I told you you'll be interested the moment you lay your eyes on them.
Alga: yeah... For some reason I feel like I can make something out of them, I just can't wait to mold them!
Albert: you think they can master "that"?
Alga: probably, but it will be difficult... Where did you even find them?
Albert: two of them are my nephews and one was an inforcer at the village I stayed for my retirement and one we stopped from sacrificing herself along the to coming here.
Alga:... Yep definitely a weird party, but I can work with that... Wasn't there suppose to be 4 of them?
Albert: oh the other guy? He's on his way, he got something to do.
Alga: OK I'll tell the guards to let him in when he comes... What does he look like?
Albert: oh you don't have to worry about that, trust me, but if I had to say... Well unique.
Alga: unique?
Albert: you'll understand when you see him.
Alga: ok anyways we'll do introductions inside so follow me.
Alga led the party inside his manner and when the group looked around... It was amazing. Green lights gave the place a wonderful nature feeling and tree roots and animals were wandering around and for some reason there were mana streams moving around the yard and gardens. When they finally got inside the house they were greeted by Alga's wife Mili who prepared something to eat for everyone, but before they could eat introductions came first and everyone took turns introducing themselves and Alex introduced Sion on his behalf since he was not there.
Milly: it's so nice to meet you all and I hope you enjoy your stay here!
Alex: thank you so much, you are so kind.
Milly: aw thank you.
Kali: man this food is delicious, you're a great cook! (munching down the food)
Alex: hey Kali! Mind your manners.
Milly: oh no don't worry about it, matter of fact it makes me happy that she likes my cooking that much so gabble as much as you like!
Kali: thanks!
Alga: yes, my wife's cooking is the best in the world! So you guys better eat to the last grain of rice and the last cake crumb!
The teens: Yes Sir!
Just when the mood got good, Sion appeared out of nowhere with Martha in his hands and Alga and Milly instantly raised their guard up but Albert stopped them.
Albert: hold on! That's Sion, he's with us.
Milly: oh? Is that so? Then please forgive me.
Rachel: No no, Sion's the one who should apologize! You can't just teleport inside someone's house like that!... And who's the lady?
Sion: sorry please forgive (bowing a little) I just chose to teleport to the location of Alex's aura, I didn't know he was inside a mansion.
Alga: how did you even use teleportation? That's a very advanced spell.
Sion: I used a page of a teleportation grimore.
Alga: oh? I guess that makes sense.
Sion: yeah and oh, I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Sion Grey and I'm with them and this is my girlfriend Martha.
Alex: (spitted out his juice on Albert's face who was sitting across him) what?! You! A girlfriend? Sion Grey has a girlfriend? Not a fuck buddy.
Sion: nope, she's my girlfriend Alex fucking Ember!
Kali: what's so strange here?
Rachel: (whispering) Sion has a habit for fucking maids soo...

Albert: (wiping his face) is that so? I'm glad you were able to find love Sion, never thought you would.
Sion: what do you guys take me for? Anyways she's my girlfriend, I love her and I hope you treat her well!
Alex: sure, welcome to the fam Mrs Martha. I'm Alex Ember.
Rachel: hi! Nice to meet you, my name's Rachel Vall.

Albert: sup! I'm Albert Rhodes.
Martha: uhh hi nice to meet you all!
Alex: sure thing, nice to meet you too.
Martha: (.... Why are they so nice with me? Aren't I an old woman dating someone younger than me?)... Do you all think this is normal?
Rachel: what is?
Martha: I mean... It's obvious I'm way too old for Sion and yet I fall in love with him... Don't you think I'm a disgusting person? Don't you think it's not normal?

Alex: and who said it was not normal?

Rachel: why do others girls have to make things complicated for no reason?

Rachel: (cold sweat) cuz I'm in a weirder yet blissful situation.
Alex:.....

Albert: listen Martha... When you're with us, you gotta learn to go with the flow.
Martha: go with the flow?
Rachel: yes, it means, as long as it's not affecting anyone in a bad way or evil, then we're good.
Martha: I see... From now on! I'll say, I'm in love with Sion so what?!!!
Milly: YEAH!!!

Milly: sorry! I got to absorbed in the moment.
Alga: (scoffs) I guess, you were right, I am a boring husband and I've been holding back your fun spirit.
Milly: atleast now you get it!
Alga: hahaha HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Albert: (scoffs)
Alex: what's happening?
Sion: did he suddenly go crazy?
Alga: you know what you brats?
The teens: yeah? (lighten up)
Alga: you're weird as fuck!
The teens: ugh! (feeling down)
Alga: but I like it! Adventures must be crazy to make it! Only those with some few screws loose can survive! If you hold on to your sanity, you'll die like a bitch! Tomorrow you wake up at 6AM for training me and Milly will be waiting for you there.
Kali: 6AM! That's crazy!
Martha:..... (please don't make me realize the abnormality of my previous life all over again)
Sion: miss Milly is gonna be training us too?
Alga: yep, but she'll only be assisting in mana deep control for the girls since I can't touch them in some places. Albert will be testing your progress after you finish training.
Alex: I see, but what kind of training will it be?
Alga: well for Sion, Kali, Rachel and Martha will be deep mana control, post-aura storage, transformation aura and extra attributes.
Alex:.... What about me?
Alga: for you? Well it will be mana control.
Sion: huh?
Alex: what the heck! You got the others learning deep mana control and I only stick to mana control? I've been learning that forever now!
Alga: you're the only one here who can't control his mana and not to mention you got that berserk thing. Yeah Albert told me.
Sion: what the hell Albert?! I thought we agreed—
Albert: yeah yeah don't worry about it, we're not binding him or anything, it's that when Alex uses his mana too much, he becomes berserk and to make things worse, he was not born with the natural gift to control his mana soo... We can't risk it. He must learn to atleast control his mana first before all of that complicated stuff.
Sion and Rachel: but!
Alex: it's okay guys... I'll just have to give it my best.
Kali: Alex...
Alex: hey I atleast made some progress last time right? I'm pretty sure I can finally master mana control this time.
Alga:... (for now you don't know this, but if this kid learns mana control with all of that mana inside him... It won't take him long to master deep mana control or hell even perfect mana control... I see why Albert was desperately trying to make him master mana control rather than anything else... Just like him I'm totally invested now) all right everyone! We'll see you kids tomorrow and oh you guys can have the mansion to yourselves. Me, Albert and Milly will take the extra house across this one.
Sion: wait what?! Why?
Albert: it's simple really. The extra house has a sub-dimension inside soo we're gonna be more comfortable than you.
Rachel: oh that makes sense.
Sion: a sub dimension! Cool I wanna know how that works!
Alex: man you wanna know how everything works.
Alga: you have a library, just read it in a book.

Martha: I think we gotta hurry up and allocate ourselves the rooms before Sion passes out from excitement. (scoffs) what a nerd.
Alex: it will rain slimes if Sion were to pass out.
Alga: well anyways, we're going to sleep and remember 6AM, you must be at the training grounds. (they teleported and left the party there.)
Kali: wow they just teleported without a grimore!
Sion:... That Alga guy... Isn't he the Wind Rider?
Martha: you just noticed that now?
Sion: awesome!
Alex:... Mana control huh?
Rachel: you good?
Alex: yeah... Well I'm going to pick my own room... So see ya in the morning. (trying to avoid the elephant that's approaching)
Rachel: who said you get to have your own room?

Kali: we're going to the same room.
Alex: but this freaking tree has a lot of rooms!
Rachel and Kali: so?
Alex: Sion! Help me out!
Sion: me and Martha are going to the same room soo... You're the only one bieng a party pooper right now.

Alex: (sigh) well my beautiful maidens Let's see if I can win tonight.
Rachel: (they each grabbed one of his arms) let's see indeed darling ~~
They headed to their room with a merciless intent and the rest... We'll leave that to your imagination. Meanwhile at the bar was an old man sitting alone drinking juice and listening to the people talk about the bloody scene that was found at the slums area.
Woman: did you hear that a dozen of people died at the slums? And they don't know who did it.
Man: it's always like that at that side. People will murder each other for no good reason.
Woman: it's so sad really cuz they even found bodies of young kids.
Man: kids of that area are not innocent either. So I don't really give a fuck... Ugh! Cheap ass beer! Hey you bartender give me another one! And high quality too!
Woman: well I hope they catch the guy who did it cuz it might affect us too.
Man: nah it won't cuz what happens in the slums, stays in the slums.
A man wearing like a Marchant entered the bar and sat next to the old man and handed him over a letter with a goblin symbol on it.
Messenger: it's orders from the Red Hand. Mr Edwick.
Edwick:... What is it?
Messenger: since your in Lotus City you are to sacure the Four great Hidden Natures of mana and bring the info to us.
Edwick:... But the only people who knows about forbidden arts in this city is the Ducher family.
Messenger: don't worry, if you have to, you can eliminate the Ducher family.
Edwick: does Drogo know of this?
Messenger: yes... This is his orders after all.
Edwick: that crazy brat! That's why he led me here. To take something he couldn't. Where's Drogo anyway?
Messenger: at some sort of desert with Rox to meet the Desert Master.
Edwick: Desert Master? That cunt who's been taking care of my grand nephews? What business does Drogo have with him?
Messenger: apparently Rox is the one who wants to talk to him.
Edwick: (sigh) it doesn't matter, I'll do my part and Drogo better does his when I'm done. Tell him that.
Messenger: yes sir. (leaves the bar)
Edwick: (opens the letter) ok I guess I really do need to visit the Ducher family now.
