Arc 3 chapter 37
It was 5AM in the morning and the sun shined early at Lotus City. Marchants were roaming around the city looking for trades, guilds were operating and city guards had nothing to do but check people's IDs and papers, the military forces were doing practice drills and nobles were managing their domains and districts and finally the Ducher mansion where by the Crimson Fates just woke up.
Alex just woke up between Kali and Rachel after again a crazy night and at this time Sion should have already woken up, but it looks like Alex was not the only one who had a crazy night but he still managed to wake up. Alex checked the time and woke the girls up and he went to wake Sion as well and then they hit the bath, prepared everything and suited up with training gear and then went to the training grounds by 6AM after they had dinner and everything.
When they got to the training grounds, their trainers Albert, Milly and Alga were already waiting for them there. Alex and his party stood there waiting for instructions.
Alga: you made us wait.
Kali: you said 6AM.
Alga: when I give you a specific time you should come ten minutes early.
The party:...
Alga: (sigh) whatever. Are you guys ready? And if you're not then too late.
The party: were ready!
Alga: hahaha! That's what I like! The spirit of the youth!
Milly: (wow he's so fired up)
Albert: cool now then we can begin, Alga.
Alga: [three way gate] (three portals appeared behind Alga)
Albert: as you can see three gates popped up from behind us. The first one is for the girls, they will be going in with Milly.
Milly: follow me girls (she entered the portal)
Kali: OK let's do this.
Rachel: wish us luck.
Martha: ok... (the girls entered the portal)
Albert: now Sion goes with Alga to the second one.
Alga: I hope you're ready boy.
Sion: intimidation doesn't work on me.
Alga: you just haven't met the right people to do so (he entered the portal)
Sion: see you around (he entered the portal)
Albert: and Alex, you're with me to the last one (scoffs) let's go (he entered the portal)

Now all the members of Crimson Fate were inside Sub dimensions two meant for deep mana control and one for basic mana control where Alex was.
Third Zone
It was a rocky area like a desert and the sun was hot and a lot of rocks made huge platforms and cliffs and Albert and Alex were on one of those, all the way up.
Alex: this place looks like it isn't meant for mana control training.
Albert: it is but different.
Alex: how?
Albert: me and you are gonna fight here and now.
Alex: that's too risky cuz we can fall.
Albert: no you will fall, I have a flight skill.
Alex: why you...! How is this suppose to help me gain mana control?
Albert: when you're in the heat of battle mana flows faster in your body just like blood when exercising and from there you will have the desperate need to stabilize it when you take a break soo now I want to see how you stabilize your mana cuz even though you can't control it, you can stabilize it... Don't you find that concerning? You can control it when you're tired but not when you have it... It's like something is forcing you to use your power in large quantities.
Alex:... The Berserk mode? You think there's more to it than a unique ability that lost control?
Albert: oh so you already assumed that was a unique ability?
Alex: then what is it?
Albert: that's not a unique ability, that's a sin you must contain.
Alex: a sin? What are you talking about?!
Albert: I think I've said to much! (enters a state of aura release) prepare yourself! [lighting strike LV3]
Alex: (dodges it) fine let's go then! [fire blast]
Alex threw a [fire blast LV5] at Albert but he didn't even take damage and Albert charged straight at Alex with a [lighting kick LV4] and Alex tried to block it by defence aura but Albert broke it and had Alex flying to another Rock pillar and Alex quickly grabbed it and climed up preventing himself from falling over.
Alex: that was close!
Albert: is this that all you got? Is that really the power that defeated the Dark knight? Or that Sun Spider guy? Are you even taking this seriously?
Alex: screw you!
Albert: I see... You think this is a game? It's either you give it your all or you die like a bitch! (he unleashes more aura)
The Zone now got contaminated by Albert's aura and storms now covered the place and the sun was no longer visible. The scene quickly turned into a nightmare for Alex. Alex's aura started reacting crazy and unstable but he tried to calm it down.
Albert: it's okay to go crazy! If the beast gets loose, I'll tame it!
Alex: shup up! I won't... Ugh!!! And precise (aura stabilizes) I will fight you with my own strength! Haaaa! (enters a state of aura release) Bring it on!
Albert: now that's more like it!
Alex: (whatever happens, happens) [Phoenix dance fire punch LV2]
Albert: [lighting punch LV7]
Alex and Albert charged at each other in high speeds and their attacks collided in the air causing the area around them to tramble and some rock pillars crumbled to pieces.
Albert: I knew you had it in you. Look around us, do you think this is the strength of a C rank?
Alex: how the fuck did I do all this? (trembling)
Albert: it's your power. Now imagine if you can control it? You can easily climb up the ranks! Do you understand now? And look you still got fuel on you to continue fighting. Wanna continue?
Alex:.... (smile) with pleasure, help me control my mana!
Albert: that's the spirit! Let's do this, make sure to use your aura more often around your body to get a grip on it and concentrate on using spells that force you to shape your mana into specific shapes and sizes, that way you can get more and more used to it. Let me say this: defeating Anos was a fluke, if we you guys hadn't discovered Zumo's consciousness, we all would have been dead ten times over! So don't let that get into your head.
Alex: sure! Here I come! [flame aura LV2]
Albert: flame aura? You're getting better at controlling your aura now. Not to long ago that would've nothing but a dream for you to master that.
Alex: that's not the only thing I learned!
Just before Albert could understand, a flame silhouette appeared behind him but he quickly cut it down with his hidden slim sword.
Albert: what the fuck was that?
Alex: flame clone. It's not perfect yet but I'm getting there.
Albert: impossible! How did you master flame cloning?
Alex: impossible? Wow you hurt my feelings unc. What do you think me and Rachel were doing alone together at the woods when we were getting here?
Albert: ok more like if I did the same, what would you think I was doing with my girlfriend alone in the woods.
Alex:..... Ok I get it.
Albert: so you were training together all along huh? Here I thought you were fuckin.... Three days.
Alex: huh?
Albert: I'll give you three days to master mana control... No matter of fact two, if you master it within two days, I'll give you something interesting.
Alex: can I really master it within two days though?
Albert: yes a 100%.
Alex: why do you believe in so much.
Albert: because just like Lynn I believe in you. Now get your hands up and defend yourself.
Alex: uh shit! Well let's do this!
Alex and Albert once again brawled in order to help Alex get a clear view of mana manipulation. Meanwhile in Alga's side of things we're bit...
Second Zone
Sion and Alga were in a dark room where by there's nothing that can distract them and there was nothing insight either, only a dark space with a gloomy atmosphere.
Alga: Sion Grey right?
Sion: yeah.
Alga: well even though you're gonna be doing the same thing as the girls, for you it's gonna be a little bit special.
Sion: won't I be doing deep mana control?
Alga: you are, but special.
Alga placed his ring finger on Sion's forehead and before Sion knew it, he was on the ground and couldn't move.
Sion:..... (what's happening?! Why can't I move?)..... (ugh it hurts a little)
Alga: you see right now you're in a position where by you can't move because I used my aura to disable your body.
Sion:....?!
Alga: here's the deal, if you can use your mana to cancel out your paralysis you pass, but if not then you'll be here until you can do it.
Sion:...
Alga: but ohh, it's not gonna be easy, cuz you have more than one mana nature don't you? It's easier for people with one mana nature to control their mana on a deeper level cuz they can adapt to it fast but for someone like you who has four, well that's a problem cuz it will be like trying to solve four different equations at the same time. So good luck! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
