Chapter 20 - Chapter 20

(Downstairs, Outside)

Immediately we stepped out, and a gust of wind hit us.

I paused as I noticed four cabs parked by the sidewalk.

"Ooh, we're princesses with our own escorts waiting for us," Catherine giggled loudly.

Jadon glanced at her and shook her head.

"But why are there only four cars, Fiona? We're five," Jadon said, raising her brows.

"Yeah, I know, Jadon. I'm not blind," Fiona replied sarcastically.

Jadon rolled her eyes.

"Then do you mind explaining why you did that, or are you planning on riding on the roof?" Eliza added with a smirk.

Fiona slowly turned her gaze to her.

"You've been running your mouth since the moment you got drunk. I hope your brain is still aware of what you're doing…"

Her voice dropped slightly.

"Because when I deal with you tomorrow, I won't care."

Eliza froze for a second, then went quiet.

"So, as for the car arrangement," Fiona continued, "me, Lexy, and Eliza are riding alone."

Eliza let out a quiet sigh of relief.

"Hey, what about me? Why didn't you call my name?" Jadon asked, frowning.

"Isn't it obvious? She means you and Catherine are riding together," Eliza said with a smirk.

"What?! Fiona, tell me she's lying," Jadon said quickly.

Fiona just shrugged.

"Oh come on, I object. I was planning on checking out the drivers and riding with the handsome one," Jadon pouted.

"No can do, baby girl. I need you to take care of Catherine," Fiona said with a smirk.

"She's dead drunk, and I don't want her family worrying if something happens to her."

"Why can't you do it?" Jadon snapped.

"Because I have something to do, and our houses are far apart," Fiona replied casually.

"It doesn't matter. You can still do it—I also have something to do," Jadon insisted.

Fiona just shrugged again.

"Sometimes you actually disgust me, Jadon. Must you always act like a cock-hungry whore?" Eliza said, her voice dripping with disdain.

Jadon's expression darkened instantly.

"What did you say?"

"You heard me," Eliza replied with a smirk.

"Sometimes I wonder what men even see in you."

I raised a brow slightly.

"They see a lot in me, darling. I've got plenty of good points," Jadon said, flipping her hair back confidently.

"Like what?" Eliza scoffed.

"Apart from your face and a manageable figure eight, I don't see anything else."

"You… you—" Jadon clenched her fists.

"Fiona, should we stop them? I don't think this will end well," Catherine mumbled, leaning on Fiona.

"Nah, let them be. They'll learn," Fiona said with a faint smirk.

"And I'm also looking for some entertainment tonight. Why do you think I took you away from Jadon?"

I glanced at Fiona, then at Jadon and Eliza.

"I'm leaving things in your hands, Fiona. Make sure they all get home."

I opened the car door.

"It doesn't matter if they're injured or not."

Fiona looked at me.

"You're leaving already?"

I nodded and entered the car, giving the driver directions.

The car pulled away.

"Looks like it's just us and these fools now," Fiona muttered.

"What happened? Feeling hurt?" Eliza continued, smirking.

"I'm just being honest. Your bad points outweigh the good."

"Which ones?" Jadon asked, raising her brows.

"You're seriously asking?" Eliza laughed lightly.

"Well, since you want to know…"

She scanned Jadon from head to toe.

"Number one—you're desperate for men. Too aggressive…"

She paused, then smirked wider.

"And you're flat."

"I'm not," Jadon snapped, frowning.

"Yes, you are."

Eliza laughed.

"You think having two little mangoes in front and two tiny nuts at the back means you're not flat?"
