The entire class had finished doing their physical assessment as Rei almost noted every prowess in action that could be useful for his turn although there was another class that was gonna take the assessment so he had to wait once again. However, he was surprised when he saw Sylvie.
"Oh? Hey, Rei!" Sylvie waved at Rei as the latter waved back before they focused back on their own things.
"Damn. I know her prowess is broken but fxck…" Rei muttered to himself as he watched the time manipulation prowess user to ace every test with flying colours by additional one to two digits compared to the entrance exams.
He had to wait for a long time before it was his turn. Rei was about to activate his prowess when the instructor approached him who looked to be rough and strict. "Your results say a lot about how arrogant you are." His statement made Rei feel frustrated and angry as he wanted to retaliate but had to control himself back, not wanting to fall for the bait and unleash his rage.
"With this type of result, you should've just left rather than accept the offer with such a passable grade."
The sentence hurt Rei a lot as he was about to snap at them if it weren't for Sylvie interrupting him. "You know. My mother told me Kamigami Academy is a great place to learn and to pursue a career that anyone could desire but after seeing it first-hand then I'll just leave and file a complaint." She said while holding her phone which was recording the entire thing.
The instructor looked unfazed until Eunji's aura flared in the vicinity. "For someone who's an elite-tier, you sure are brave to try getting a reaction out of a god-tier who only passed the exam due to the nature of their prowess and inability to perform at best while just doing every test at base form rather than being at their full capacity." Her statement had put almost every student on a chokehold except for Sylvie since she already knew how Rei's prowess works.
"He's holding back from the entrance exams?" One of the students said out loud while another one followed, "Then how powerful is he since Haru was defeated by him?"
Soon after, more and more students started to question themselves which became louder with the topic of Rei's power. Some wanted to know his actual level, some were jealous then the majority were just curious so that they could avoid angering a god-tier.
"Rei Nishimura. Proceed the shot-put test." Eunji said that Rei followed suit as he prepared himself although the tall sorceress leaned down to whisper into his ears. "Prove your worth. That elite has no right to say things as this power is yours alone." Her statement gave Rei the motivation to give it his all.
His mind started to work its way on how to put everything he had in the shot-put test. Most of the prowess that he had seen in action were just barely low-tier and none relevant elite-tier ones aside from Sylvie, Haru, Haruki, Hinata and Erika then some worthy mid-tier abilities.
Rei decided to use Hinata's wind prowess and Haru's black flames prowess. Combining the two would be just making the flame stronger in general but with the help of his prowess to boost its fire power, then it would create such an explosion.
He went to pick up the small ball for the test before channeling every ounce of spiritual energy to put everything he had in the test. "Let's do this…" Rei thought to himself as he felt the same sensation flooding in him the moment he activated his prowess, his red aura emitting from him while his eyes glowed bright.

Hinata had a lot of things on her mind since all she heard from the rumours of Rei's match with Haru. She was expecting for Rei to use the same flames as Haru, her imagination going over the railing of the flames being more powerful than Haru's.
However, she was shocked to see a gust of wind similar to her own if it weren't for the black and red colour difference compared to her usual blue. The difference of Rei's wind from her was the sharpness and pressure it emitted when the one that he created was almost instantly rather than slowly gathering every gust of wind.
"Isn't that… my-" Hinata couldn't finish her sentence when Rei immediately added the element of the black flames. Instead of the expected burst of heat and flames, a sudden blast of explosion immediately went off the moment Rei had thrown the ball.
"What the hell?!" One of the students exclaimed which was understandable since a firepower at that level would've been a god-tier already.
She was shocked as the highest score that she knew for the fifth year students was 893 kilometres which was Haru's. Hinata's eyes widened the moment Rei's result showed on the board.
"3,086 kilometres?!" Haruki exclaimed while the rest of the students stared at the score with a dumbfounded face although Haru showed jealousy and hate towards Rei.
"He's holding this much power?" Haru thought to himself while angrily clenching his fists, frustrated he had once again lost the spotlight of his glory. "Damn you…" he gritted through his teeth while holding himself back from snapping and releasing his own flames.
"Alright. Next test." Eunji said after putting down the score on the paper as she escorted him to running tracks. "This one is different from the entrance test as your goal is to finish this as soon as possible where we'll check how quick or fast you reach the goal." She said as she pointed at the ending line of where Rei is supposed to go.
Hinata followed suit to watch his performance as she was expecting for him to use the same thing but was caught off guard when the latter instead gained what seemed to be one of the other's speed enhancements except the one that Rei had was faster as he managed to finish within 3.05 seconds.
"Holy shxt…" She muttered in surprise, once again breaking Haru's record for their year level.

Rei knew that people would be talking about but he didn't care about it since his focus was to push himself to give everything he had to offer his worth to be in Kamigami Academy. "I'm done. Holding myself back." He said to himself as he recalled every memory of people mocking him for being weak or for holding himself back away from responsibility.
The next test was the same grip test but this time, he had chosen a simple prowess to copy. The ability to harden one's inner muscle beyond normal human capacity and to channel every muscle fibres to tighten upon contractions. It was the best prowess to use when it came to power.
Rei smirked as he immediately grabbed onto the grip machine, pushing every ounce of strength and power he had to break his own limit. Soon after, the machine had indicated his final result when he no longer had the strength to continue.
"124 kg."
Another gasp from the crowd either sent shivers down his spine from his pride or fear of being in the spotlight although that thought was pushed away when he saw Sylvie's proud face. "Right… I'm doing this not just for myself… But live without regrets and spend the remaining time with her…" He thought to himself before recovering all his spent spiritual energy for the next test.
The boxing machine, one he had so much potential to crash it but had no prowess to copy during his entrance exams. And now, he had the opportunity to push himself to break his own record this time with the help of the copied prowess he had in mind.
Muscle fibre enhancement prowess, wind prowess and that one speed enhancement prowess was the perfect combination to break his entrance exam record. The muscle fibre type prowess would help him boost his power and durability for both during and after the blow. For the wind prowess, it would help himself angle his attack by using the wind pressure to direct his attack while having the boost of both strength and speed from the pressure and flow of the wind.
Then there's the speed enhancement to heighten his agility stats even further despite having the wind prowess to boost himself although, the wind prowess would be more focused with the precision and additional power rather than speed.
"Here we go!" Rei shouted to himself as he punched the machine to the very best that he could upon using the three amplified copied prowess.
A loud echo went over the area which made almost everyone who was there to witness state dumbfounded at Rei's assessment. Half of the students looked up at him like a god, some were just having to fear multiplied higher then lastly people like Haru were jealous and angry at him for getting the spotlight.
"Damnit…" Haru uttered under his breath, clearly angry at how his spot was being replaced by Rei's assessment.
