Kai wasn't certain who this 'he' was meant to be, but the connection clicked into place regardless.
"Angels...they...removed our memories of Angels?"
Eunos nodded, "Yes. Everyone alive on Zenin at that time, every human who was not a member of the inner circle of the Nasiru Council, forgot that Angels ever existed."
Kai rubbed his head in confusion.
He could hold the concept that something, someone, had done this, but the who and even the how was growing blurrier by the second.
"Oh! Can you write it down?" He asked.
But Eunos shook his head, "Gods, no. I'm not going to leave written evidence of heresy against the Council in the hands of a nineteen-year old."
"No offence." He added, with a smirk.
Kai waved his hand in the air, "No, no, fair enough. None taken."
"Eventually, it will sink in. Your Angel should know of this, you can have him remind you from time to time." Eunos suggested.
