(Authors note this is a much longer chapter than normal.)
Tatsuya didn't ask anymore questions. I think both he and Miyuki wanted to forget the entire conversation. Personally I wished I could forget as well and not have to deal with Mooncell Madness. Instead here I sit contemplating mu existence. Kuro leaning on me, because she hasn't fully woken up yet. While Sakura is doing things that defy the very logic of this world. I don't even want to imagine how many psions and and the sheer amount of calculation it would require to make a cake out of nothing. No I don't think will elaborate. Tatsuya gave me a look of what I could only assume was pity.
The tram ride lasted about five more minutes at which point we started walking towards the school. Kuro woke up fully during those last five minutes. Out of the 5 people here only two were smiling happily. I hadn't thought too much about it but Kuro and Sakura get along pretty well. I guess they had time to bond when I was passed out last night.
People were staring at Sakura. However it was not because the shortstack AI kouhai was hot. It's because her hair. I forgot that despite being an and anime all the characters have natural hair colors, and last I checked purple is not natural. Overall I've been so done with Sakura's nonsense that i hadn't had time to think about it.
'Oh well, not my problem this time.' I thought to myself.
Kuro and Miyuki split off from us to got to class. While Sakura insisted that I show her to the faculty office. I knew full well that she knew where it was, and as much as people would call me whipped if they new about. I'm not messing with the lady who is effectively god because of our magic system. I'd like my balls intact or anything else she might do to me.
We were almost to the office when I reminded her about how to address each otter
"Sakura remember, just call me Ryu while we are here it would be weird if you called me senpai here since we're in the same grade."
"Sure, sure." She said dismissively
"That's as good as I'm gonna get huh? Fine if you call me Ryu I will call you Sakura-Chan instead of calling you Tohsaka like I originally planned." I said offering a compromise
"Deal, but only if I can call you Ryu-Chan!" She said with zero hesitation.
It was at this moment I knew she played me.
*sigh*
"Fine…" I said no point arguing with this menace.
"Ah, Here we are. I'll head back now see you in class." I said as I made way back
The walk back was mostly uneventful until I ran into President Maiyumi.
"Oh Ryu perfect timing I know we said to come afterschool today. However would it be possible for us to move that meeting to during lunch? The thing we thought was today was actually tomorrow, whoops." Said Maiyumi.
"Yes that's fine. May I also invite two friends to come with me to this meeting?" I asked.
She put her hand under her, chin and made an expression as if thinking hard about it. However she probably already decided to allow it knowing her.
"Sure I don't see the problem with that." She said
"Thank you President Saegusa." I said
"No problem and please just call me Maiyumi." She said
"Maiyumi, then. Well I must get to class I'll see you and the rest of the council at lunch."
I arrived at class in hindered class hadn't started yet. Jun Morisaki was glaring at me, the little shit, but I couldn't be bothered to threaten him. However i never said I wasn't petty when I meet Mari I'm going to dissuade her from letting him join the public morals committee.
'Heh, he's gonna be so upset that Tatsuya joined but he didn't.'
I should note he hates both me and Tatsuya. The practical skills instructor, Ms Saeko, finally arrived and said we were having a late admission transfer student on recommendation.
'Well the school hasn't exploded yet, and she's not blasting her theme song constantly. I guess she plans to behave for now.' I thought
"You can come in and introduce yourself now." Said the instructor
Sakura walked into the room in an elegant and polite manner. This Immediately sent red flags flying in my head. She noticed I had a confused look on my face. She immediately dropped the facade and started laughing.
"Hahahahhaha, I got you Ryu-Chan!" She said laughing and holding her stomach as if she just pulled off the greatest prank ever.
All the student in the class minus Kuro looked at me the girls were curios. The boys looked at me with envy.
'Don't envy me you don't know what she's capable of' I said internally
"Do you know Ryu Yotsuba, Ms. Tohsaka? Asked Ms. Saeko
"Yep we grew up together until he was adopted by the Yotsuba Clan head." Said Sakura
The way people looked at me shifted dramatically
'Really! All it took for you people to change your opinion on me was to hear I was adopted fuck off. Damn extras' I thought to myself
"I see well introduced your self properly this time" said Saeko
"Hiiii~ I'm Sakura Tohsaka, it's not a pleasure at all to met you inferior ants. The only people I find worth anything is Ryu-Chan, Kuro-Chan, and their friends, so don't talk to me unless your one of those things. Don't lie either I'll know." She said winking and in an up beat manner

The anger
The entirety of the class besides 5 people were all giving Sakura death glares.
"Oh…oh okay Ms. Tohsaka you can sit" Ms. Saeko was cut off when Sakura interjected
"No need I'll sit by Ryu."
"That seat is taken Ms. Tohsaka." She deadpanned
Sakura snapped her fingers.
"Is it?" She said as if just challenged
When she snapped her fingers the extra st the desk next to me vanished and appeared at the empty desk that Ms. Saeko was going to tell Sakura to sit at. That shut up everyone even the Ms. Saeko.
They saw what she did. However they could not believe she did it current magic theory says it's not possible to do what she just did, but she did.
Sakura just calmly walked to the desk besides me and sat down. Then she gave a smug smile daring anyone to challenge her. After a minute or two, Ms. Saeko's brain rebooted and told everyone we were going to have 1v1 duels as practice today. I raised my hand. Ms Saeko acknowledged it.
"I understand that we are to use rank C spells only correct?" I asked
"Correct only rank C spells. This is a duel not a fight to the death."
"Then may Kuro and I be excused from participating in any duel? I asked
She was about to answer when the resident dumbass and simp started shouting.
What you think your better then us!? Why should you get to skip participation huh!?" He shouted at me his minions nodding in agreement
'Dumb bastards'
"Well for one thing yes both me and Kuro are better than you. A duel doesn't reflect real combat skill it useful for sport, but not actual combat. Second both Kuro and I are special officers of the 101 Mage-equipped Battalion, and participated in the battle of Okinawa against the GAU. Third Kuro would be unable to fight you without killing you. Unless CQC is allowed that is. As all her magic is Rank A Lethal magic if it hits you directly, and rank B if it grazes you" I said.
My first point made them mad. The second shut them up as it meant me and Kuro had real combat experience. There by making this class useless for us. The third reason made them go pale. They did not know Kuro's fighting style, nor mine. Despite being known mages with nicknames. The magic we use is kept secret form the greater public. This to attempt to prevent enemies for developing counter measures against our spell.
"Further more my magic is in a similar situation but I could beat all of you without CQC as well. As none of you are strong enough to hurt me even if you used a B rank spell. Assuming you hit me of course. Afterall a battle of attrition is boring."
Morisaki's lackys stopped talking but my last comment reignited his anger.
"You! I challenge you to an official duel!"
Ms. Saeko was about to intervene but I answered before she could.
"Fine I accept. The only way you'll listen is if I crush you utterly and show you why you are ant before a beast you could never hope to overcome."
Kuro and Sakura were staring at me I swore I saw their eyes sparkling in admiration. That was probably just my imagination though. Shizuku and Honoka were also looking at me. Shizuka was well as flat a gaze as ever. But Honoka looked worried.
'She must've forgot about my magic resistance I told her about earlier. No wait that still doesn't make sense I just mentioned me and Kuro were battle tested military. Is she just worried I'll be hurt? she's weird.' I thought
The entire class moved to the dueling area. Sakura and Kuro were sitting on a bench in the room. They were occupying themselves with their phones. They already knew I'd win so they didn't bother paying attention. Shizuka and Honoka were paying attention though. Miyuki was also there but she was looking at Morisaki in pity as if he just made the dumbest decision in his life. It probably wasn't since he wouldn't die, but it be up there.
"I'm gonna beat you and bring you down a peg." He said pointing his gun type CAD at me.
I was angry at how much of a fool he was so I now wanted to humalite him on top of all this.
"Alright since your so confident I won't doge nor will I move form this spot if you can get me to move from this spot after 5 minutes you win." I said
That really pissed him off.
He fired a spell at me. didn't know which one though the effect would be the same.
The bullet of psions hit me it did nothing.
*yawn*
"you done. That didn't even tickle." I said not even bothered by his spell
He proceeded to fire spell after spell at me till he was breathing heavily.
"That all? You still got thirty seconds do your best." I said in a joking tone a cruel smile adorned my face.
He said nothing and charged up a spell. It was barely C rank bordering on B.
The spell flew towards me and then.
*slurping noise*
"Huh decent taste" i said having devoured his magic in front of the entire class
Morisaki's pupils shook violently as he realized that I wasn't just letting him hit me. I was humiliating him. I could've stood still. Used no magic and it still would've been impossible for him to beat me. I said to him loud enough for everyone to hear. C rank magic doesn't effect me. The upper limits of B rank might hurt, but only A rank magic has a chance of hurting or putting me down… assuming i don't consume it first" I said with a cruel grin
Morisaki collapsed to his knees. I walked over to him leaned down near his head.
"The nickname I'm commonly known by is Dragon of Destruction, but I have another lesser known one, Spell Eater. Know your place ant, and keep your head down. Don't bother me or anyone close to me. You will regret poking the dragon if you do." I said letting him know I was done being patient and relatively nice to him.
He looked at me fear present in his eyes. Then he passed out from fear.
'Well good for him he didn't piss himself infront of everyone and he didn't have a heart attack out of terror either. Perks and downsides of dragons slayer magic enhanced senses.' I thought.
'I'm just lucky no motion sickness… actually I wonder if it's because I don't have a dragon seed?' I wondered
"Quit gawking and someone take him to the nurse!" Shouted Ms. Saeko urgently.
"That last bit was unnecessary." said Kuro having one of her rare moments of being the voice of reason.
I just shrugged and smiled smugly.
"I honestly hope he develops trauma over me. He stepped on my pride one too many times." I said
Honoka looked horrified by that statement.
Shizuku just nodded and calmed her down
"He was asking for it by continuously antagonizing you." Said Shizuku. She was more aware than most of my resistance, and abilities as her father had witnessed them first hand, he told her after I rescued him.
Sakura was staring at me in awe of how I dismantled the man's pride by doing basically nothing.
Intrestingly despite the absurd things she could do with psions. She could not replicate my ability to eat magic, nor my resistance. She said it was because it was apart of me and not my magic. I guess that means Dragon slayer magic granted the abilities but they are not technically part of the magic itself, like a side effect.
"Oh, that reminds me I was invited by the student council to talk about something during lunch. They agreed when I asked if I could bring two people with me. Do either of you want to go?" I asked Kuro and Sakura.
"Nah I'm gonna hang with Erika and them you go." Said Kuro
'I find it funny that Erika is the one she mentioned when referring to the main cast group. Then again she only really respects Tatsuya because I do. She doesn't fear and hate him like the rest of the clan. However she thinks he and Miyuki are cowards that are running a way from the truth that they are Yotusba whether they like it or not. I remember the day they left.
(Flash back)
"Why are you guys leaving?" She asked Miyuki as Tatsuya and Miyuki were packing. I had to come and check on them a Kuro as my guardian and fiancé followed me.
"We just don't want to be here anymore. This place isn't home and we want no part of it." Said Miyuki
That day was the first day I saw Kuro truly angry at someone for the Yotusba clan.
"The fuck you say!" Shouted Kuro
I as well as Miyuki were taken aback at Kuro's sudden outburst. Tatsuya sent her a death glare but she didn't react.
"You both are members of the prestigious Yotsuba clan. The niece and nephew of the strongest Magician in the world. The clans bloods run through your veins wether you like it or not. You are Yotusba and will always be Yotusba." She looked them and scowled
"To think I used to respect you two. Your just cowards." She said as she walked out dragging me with her.
(End of flashback)
'She eventually became less antagonistic towards them, but she's still angry about it even to this day 1 year later.' I thought
"Well since you probably don't want look stupid by showing up alone I suppose I could go." Said Sakura
*sigh*
"What do you want Sakura?" I asked
"What I didn't hear you correctly?" She said with a smug look
"… Sakura-Chan" I said.
"That's better, as for what I want. Hmmm a favor you'll do any one thing I want without complaint I won't make it go against your morals either as a bonus." She said.
"I know this is effectively a deal with the with devil but fine." I agreed.
Shizuku and Honoka, who had now calmed down. Looked confused by the deal with devil statement.
"Great looking forward to it." She said energetically
