"No, I'm conducting an experiment. If I want revenge on Umbrella and to avenge Uncle Marcus, I need a vaccine. So I need your help. I won't let you suffer a loss; whatever you want, I can get it for you in exchange." Eddie lit a cigarette.
"Hey, haven't you forgotten that smoking isn't allowed in the lab?" Dr. Mueller admonished.
"So what if I know? Aren't rules meant to be broken?" Eddie sneered.
"You really are a madman!" Dr. Mueller rebuked.
"Has anyone who worked for Umbrella ever been normal?" Eddie retorted.
"Heh heh, you have a point. The data for the White Light vaccine is indeed in my hands. If you want it, give me the Nemesis Project from the French Branch." Dr. Mueller began to make an exorbitant demand.
"You're dreaming. The Nemesis Project is nothing new; it just involves integrating an Alpha Parasite to enhance intelligence." Eddie said coldly.
All Umbrella branches were in competition with each other, which made obtaining branch data extremely difficult.
"That's your problem. I want the Nemesis data." Dr. Mueller said coldly.
Thump! Eddie didn't hold back, directly lunging forward and sending Dr. Mueller flying. The T-Virus had endowed him with immense strength, allowing him to perform actions with a power he previously couldn't have imagined.
Bang! Dr. Mueller was sent flying, only stopping softly after crashing into the wall. He was still coughing incessantly, each cough seemingly trying to expel his lungs.
"Don't haggle with me. You give me the data, I protect your safety. Your Thanatos Tyrant will take some time to complete. Before then, if Umbrella finds you, you know what the consequences will be!" Eddie walked up to Dr. Mueller, grabbed his hair, and said.
"You!" Dr. Mueller felt extremely humiliated; this feeling of his life being in someone else's hands was very unpleasant.
"If you don't give it to me, I'll hand you over to Umbrella. Think about it yourself; you're refusing a toast only to drink a forfeit. You're truly tired of living!" Eddie sneered. If he couldn't deal with a behemoth like Spencer, could he not deal with this small-time punk?
"I'll give it to you!" Dr. Mueller was extremely angry, yet helpless. Only the strong had a say, and this encounter further intensified his desire to create the most loyal Tyrant!
Eddie personally supervised Dr. Mueller, ensuring the authenticity of the data, and spent some time checking it. Finally, he nodded with satisfaction, "It would have been fine if you'd given it to me earlier. Alright, you can continue your experiments here. I don't want your Thanatos Tyrant data anyway, so why are you so nervous? You can contact me anytime if you need anything!"
Dr. Mueller watched Eddie leave with hateful eyes. That scumbag dared to threaten him! How outrageous. One day, he would get his revenge.
Eddie, having obtained the data, secretly slipped out of the university. All of this was observed by Ada, who was hunting on the rooftop.
Ada had been tracking Suzuki Yoko for some time and found no useful intelligence; she was merely an exchange student. However, another man seemed to be employed by Umbrella and should have good intelligence.
Walking down the street, Eddie was about to head to the parking lot when a woman quickly bumped into him again. His reflexes, enhanced by his transformation, were much more agile, and he dodged her directly.
The woman, reacting too slowly, fell to the ground, cleverly dissipating the force of the fall and pretending to be hurt. "Ouch, what's wrong with you? Why did you bump into me, really! Don't you watch where you're going? Huh, aren't you that handsome guy from the other day?"
This charming woman with dazzling golden short hair was Sienna, the scout from Echo Team! She used the same trick again, seemingly fixated on Eddie, wanting to extract information from him.
"I didn't bump into you. Trying to stage an accident? I don't have time for you. I'm scared of you, here's a dollar, go buy a band-aid!" Eddie pulled out a dollar, threw it out, quickly got into his car, shifted gears, stepped on the accelerator, released the handbrake, and sped away.
Sienna didn't even react; her second attempt had failed. Was this guy even a man? He actually ignored her. Is that something a man would do? Could he be gay?
Ada, following behind, did not show herself rashly. From Sienna's second appearance, she was certain that Eddie was definitely a big fish. Otherwise, why would this Echo Team member be targeting an Umbrella researcher? Being handsome doesn't matter; it's not like you can eat it!
"Marine Corps Echo Six Team, scout Sienna, twenty-two years old, a high-society socialite, an unknown spy! Possessing excellent combat skills and superb mobile sniping techniques, how interesting! Even the Marine Corps is getting involved?" Ada murmured as she looked at the data on her phone.

Chapter 22: The Fierce Reporter Alyssa!
The reappearance of Echo Team raised a hint of doubt in Eddie's mind. Why, in his previous impressions, had he not noticed the existence of these people? William's G-Virus, though powerful, was not very practical. Was it necessary to take such a great risk?
Eddie, having obtained the data, quickly returned to the lab to study the vaccine data. The required materials were simply two different liquid medicines combined with the original T-Virus. The vaccine produced this way would have a strong purifying effect on the type of T-Virus used as a catalyst.
The vaccine was not 100% effective, but as long as it was used before turning into a zombie, recovery was generally possible.
Through his analysis of the vaccine, Eddie discovered that while the vaccine would destroy the T-Virus, it couldn't completely eliminate it. A small portion of the serum would still remain, and these serums would fuse with cells and develop resistance to the serum.
"Are you trying to get vaccinated and then let your cells adapt to the serum? That will only turn you into a cripple. If you don't want to be disabled, you'd better not do that!" Annette's voice suddenly rang out.
Leaning against the laboratory door, wearing high heels, her expression was very arrogant, and her medium-length hair was tied into a matronly bun.
"If you hadn't said anything, I really would have tried to do that! Do you have any suggestions?" Eddie nodded, not denying it.
"No, but the T-Virus is a new species formed by the fusion and extraction of the Progenitor Virus and leech genes. You could research the legendary Progenitor Virus, provided you can get your hands on it." Annette said coldly, as if Eddie owed her three million.
Eddie felt a headache coming on. Why was it so difficult to become stronger? Being a perfectionist, he didn't want to leave even a trace of weakness like Wesker, which could lead to him being overthrown.
Seeing Eddie's pained and distressed expression, Annette's tone softened slightly, "Virus research is inherently a lengthy process; it's impossible to achieve overnight success. You're still young and have plenty of time."
"No, I can definitely develop a perfect enhancement serum. I've already solved the problem of being unable to reproduce; with only this one weakness left, I must solve it!" Eddie turned and left the laboratory, preparing to acquire the Progenitor Virus for research.
Annette frowned, feeling a bit uncomfortable. Reproduction? Speaking of which, she seemed to have realized her neglect of her daughter, Sherry.
At the Raccoon City bar, most S.T.A.R.S. members would come here for a drink after work, and Jill was no exception. Except for Wesker, everyone came to the bar. The recent intense training had left them feeling a bit tired, but also a little excited.
Wesker had previously announced that training must be intensified. Chief Brian Irons intended to send them to investigate the terrorist attack in the Arklay Mountains, and to complete the investigation, they needed exceptional skills.
Everything was merely Wesker's plan. He intended to use the S.T.A.R.S. members to test the power of biological weapons, then package and sell the collected data to Umbrella's rival companies to gain high remuneration and a stepping stone for promotion!
The honest security chief, Uncle Mark, a black man, was also there, along with the easygoing agent Kevin.
"Hey, Chris, I heard you guys have been very busy lately. Is there something big happening?" Kevin handed him a bottle of beer.
"Don't even mention it, I'm as tired as a dog all day. How about you guys, enjoying yourselves lately?" Chris took the beer and laughed. The S.T.A.R.S. was just two steps from the police station, so he was naturally very familiar with these agents.
"Sigh, another missing person case. How many is this this month? I've said it before, don't go for walks in the Arklay Mountains when there's nothing to do. That place has almost become a ghost town now." Uncle Mark said, looking at the newspaper.
"That's for sure. Last time, I heard my neighbor went for a picnic in the Arklay Mountains, and only one person came back, and he went crazy. How pitiful." Bobby, the assistant chief, said, sighing while drinking his beer.
"What happened then?" Uncle Mark asked curiously.
"What happened was that these agents sent him to a mental hospital, saying his family members accidentally fell off a cliff." Bobby sneered, not sure who he was mocking.
Kevin wasn't surprised by the mockery; these things weren't his concern. As long as he lived happily, that was enough.
These words stirred a hint of ominous premonition in the hearts of the S.T.A.R.S. members. Hearing these people talk, the Arklay Mountains seemed to be a place full of strangeness!
"Such things are happening? Then I really must investigate and gather some material." A young female reporter with short hair, wearing a light red ladies' suit, was scribbling something in her notebook with a pen.
"Who is that beautiful lady?" Joseph, Alpha Team's vehicle mechanic, asked the all-knowing Kevin.
Kevin glanced at her and said, "That's Alyssa Ashcroft, a field reporter for the Raccoon City newspaper. She's sharp-tongued and assertive, a woman not to be trifled with. Are you sure you want to hit on her?"
Joseph nodded, walked over, and greeted her, "Hi, beautiful, hello."
"Get lost!" Alyssa simply snorted.
"Okay." Joseph immediately lowered his head and ran away amidst the good-natured laughter of his colleagues. This reporter was too fierce.
"Madam, your red wine has arrived." Cindy Lennox, the sweet bartender and barmaid, came forward with a tray and placed the prepared beer on the bar.
"Thank you!" Alyssa nodded, still writing furiously, seemingly documenting something.
